Why can't you at least be man enough to admit that Dak needs to put up or shut up in the playoffs? Why would anyone on earth not expect that out of their QB regardless? Makes no sense.

Dak is great, but when you ask me if he can beat a 6-7 Brady team I have no comment.

LMAO
Because his issue is not football relevant and his mind has put Dak where he doesn't belong.
Dak is at best an average NFL QB.......

Meanwhile Mr Irrelevant just beat the GOAT Tom Brady, something that this so called "one of best QB on the league" $40M /yr cap eating cow hasn't been able to do.

I don’t know anymore. After New England last year, I thought, “This guy is about to overtake Romo and Aikman.” And then teams started running two deep safeties and he fell off a cliff. I don’t know what to think now. The game today should’ve been over when he threw the pick at the ten yard line, but after an improbably goal line stand, it wasn’t.
I think zone coverage still gives him trouble. Jessie Holley alluded to an observation that Dallas looks like a man-beating offense and not one that is as good against tricky zone schemes. At this point, you wonder about this and it pertains to both Prescott and Kellen Moore. It should not be that a team that is 63% on third down (over the past three games) should have this trouble.

That said, I understand the injury to Steele probably caused a bit of chaos for awhile, but to have it come down to a goal line stand and a 98 yard drive is something crazy for a home game. 7 INTs in five games is an ominous pattern manifesting itself.

He's statistically the best third down QB in the league, and since 2019 this offense is #1 in the league in yards, points and third down % in games he's started.

At this point those claiming he isnt a top 10 QB have the burden of proof. The objective metrics say he is. The "feels" and "eye test" metrics are what they must rely on.

I'm sorry but, you have got to be kidding. He's not even as good as Romo

If you really thought Dak was great threads like this wouldn't be needed trying to convince others to believe like you do.
I never said Dak was great. I just get a kick out of y'all squirming when a guy like Lovie Smith says something like this. Someone who actually knows football. But y'all want me to believe that y'all know football and Lovie Smith doesn't. Its hilarious lol.

LOL! Come on man. You Dak slobberers are getting desperate. If Houston wasnt so pathetic and cashed in one of the worst picks I ever saw in 50 plus years of watching football like any average team does, this goes down as one of the most embarassing losses in franchise history. Almost as bad as losing to them in 2002.

Desperate? Pot meet kettle….

Dak routinely misses open receivers and hold the ball too long. He's played some terrible teams since his comeback. Rush, may be below average but this team has the same record if he starts all games.

Yep, a well respected defensive mind, experienced defensive coordinator, and head coach with a Super Bowl appearance isn’t enough to convince the haters Dak is even a good QB. They won’t even give him that. Too funny……

So no other QB misses receivers during a game? I see we have another person that only watches the weekly Cowboy game is now a QB expert.

Right lol. Now if you said "Aye he's just doing coach talk....." I can understand that. They won't even say that. They are so low they want to disrespect Lovie who is a head coach who took Rex Grossman to the SB......but they want to disrespect him and boost their own confidence. Insane.
