Whether you wanted this to happen, prayed it didn’t or were indifferent, this was always the expected outcome. Not once did I expect the cowboys to let him walk, ever.

I was fine - if they let him go, just wanted a direct path to choose and go on, very quickly in the offseason it became clear to anyone who paid attention - without letting their emotions over the player get involved that he’d be back.

Somehow the Pittsburgh Steelers with a big running back that barely averages 3.8 yards per carry and now they got some spare part at quarterback they right now they're averaging 3 yards per carrying on offense but have two drives and six points... That's what we call effective I know you need more than that but somehow it works for some teams if you can just use the run game a lot just commit to it but the biggest thing with a running back by committee is picking the right running back for the right packages the right situational football because last year they didn't do that they need to make sure they're rotating backs in for the right play calls so that they can be the most effective that's what I'm talking about..
