The writer did not forget anything. He referenced a narrowly defined stat of "deep passes into tight coverage". Of those particular passes Dak did not throw any interceptions. A play was brought up where Dak threw an interceptions on a deep pass. That specific play was a deep ball, but it wasn't into tight coverage.

He threw a SINGLE int. on a deep pass this year. This article was ONLY about deep passes. He left out the 1 int. I highly doubt that changes the damn argument about his accuracy downfield.
