If you take the public context we were given about this relationship there are some things that are a head scratcher.

First, was the demolition of a perfectly fine house. Didn't mesh with what we were told about Dak. Dedicated to Mom, came from humble beginnings, great home and yard built for him being a better football player with the practice field in the back, etc. More than what 99.99% of regular folks need.

The incident where she took her jewellery to her yoga or pilates workout and had it stolen from her luxury vehicle. ???

I don't do social media with exception of LinkedIn, but the accounts of her constantly publicizing her love for her children, Dak and their life. Makes me think about the famous saying, "Methinks you doth protest too much."" When you have to try that hard, then maybe there is an underlying reason for why you are trying so hard in the public realm.

Last is the yacht/private jet. ??? And the posts she puts out about the event.

Not sure who was the genesis of these decisions, but I can tell you that they are one ****ED up couple.

Anyone who thinks this is normal behaviour that leads to a long, enduring and committed marriage, well I would suggest you don't get married. These are incidents that will challenge the alignment of any relationship whether you have means or not.

I mean for her one part of her insurance is trying to get famous and earn influencer status as long as she’s in the spotlight, right?

There was a time when Lamar Odom, Kris Humphries or Blake Griffin were the more prominent and wealthier half of their relationships with the Kardashians, weren’t they?

His kids are much more likely to have peers in the same situation than back in the 70s when it was rarer and kids perhaps felt "less than" because everyone else's folks were still together. Having company in that situation will help. True, a kid's identity can take a hit and everyone reacts differently but as long as the parents don't get toxic and try poisoning the kids against the other parent, the kids will have more than enough resources to be fine, more so than the average kid.
Yes...that's true...it isn't the stigma it once was. And yes...before AND after the divorce was "toxic". One small example is my dad got me into the car in my jammies and made me show where mom's boyfriend lived. I cried the whole night as a "traitor". I was about 11.

My point is it certainly CAN influence kids, sometimes for life. And yes....A great majority of it is up to the parents. Be a good parent and don't talk bad about about your child's mother/father.

But humans will human. Doesn't always work out nice.

He doesn't...just another guy messing around....I wonder how this young lady and her parents feel about all the jokes being made at her expense...or how Dak feels, if these accusations are true? I joke around a lot and most around here have very thin skin, imagine if that was their son or daughter being drug to the mud....of course, they'll say, it comes with the territory, and they'd be right, but it doesn't have to, if people just stayed out of people's personal business. It is what it is....
Agreed. IMO we have a lot of guys here many of whom have had a lifetime of getting rejected by women, hence a lot of anger issue where women are involved. Hopefully they don't have daughters.

Maybe the trainers had a word with him.

Get that money, girl, you're only young for so long. You losers don't worry about a girl's money. She deserves the money for sleeping with a loser.
When people talk about low life’s ruining social media, they’re talking about you.

Oh, sure it can. But these kids are in a better position to successfully cope than 99% of current day kids let alone those from the past without the types of resources today's kids have.

What’s the point in speculating what happened to cause the breakup. The most important thing is the kids and thank goodness they are young enough that it shouldn’t affect them. The parents will both be fine financially.

I dunno....I think today's kids have some serious challenges we did not have in the 60's and 70's. I am peripherally involved in a large school system...and man....even without divorce...these kids and families...oh boy.
