No I know. But the fact that stat you just put up about his only loss in overtime was to Houston shows it’s not accurate data.
We lost in overtime to Oakland on thanksgiving and that pass into the ground intended for Noah Brown was definitely incomplete

Once we all get past the pros and cons our franchise qb presents what we all should be able to agree on is he’s enough to build around and enough to deliver a consistent playoff contender.

Yes, we’d much rather have a Rodgers or Mahomes but the reality is there simply aren’t enough of those caliber QB’s to go around. And we should be more comfortable with one of the QB’s in the next best group.

Much like the Cardinals appreciate being a playoff contender again than a 4-6 win team looking for a franchise QB.

Any team with a franchise qb in this best of the rest to above average should feel fortunate because it brings some stability and foundation to build around.

The rest is up to having a better front office and coaching staff to build around your franchise QB strengthening up other areas of weakness.

You can say that about any starting QB in the NFL. You don't know he will have a great year. Your crystal ball doesn't work any better than anyone else's. He's had an entire off-season. He better be healthy! You aren't exactly lighting the football world on fire with genius quotes. We as Cowboys fans hope for the best... ideal conditions! But we all know adversity is ahead of us. I’m through with criticizing Dak for our failures. We know what he’s going to provide and his obvious limitations. It’s up to the rest of the team to pick up the slack when Dak has bad games.
