Dak held strong and rose to the challenge. That will build his confidence as well as the teams. He demonstrated he can get it done in the most stressful situation. Haters gonna hate. Well done Dak.

I know . He almost gave it away but in the end he saved it.

With our upcoming schedule with Det and at SF we would have been staring at 2-4 and probably 2-5. Season over.

But 3-2 saved the season. At least for now. And you could tell by our sidelines and coaches reaction . They know how tough it would have been.

3-3 will be much easier to swallow at the bye. And even 3-4 keeps you in WC hunt. I’m telling ya Cowboy fans. Tonight’s win saved the season. And we couldn’t have pulled it out without him.

Bash him all you want. He may cost us games and playoffs, etc but Tonight he saved the season.

Good night Cowboy fans. Enjoy the win!!
No he didn't! If you're looking for a hero in last week's game you don't have to look any further than the D-Line. Those young ballers kept this team in the game with their constant pressure that has been missing since the Cleveland game. The defense as a whole did an excellent job shutting down the Steelers vaulted run game by holding them to under 2 yds a rush. As for Prescott, he showed some grit in the last quarter but prior to that he had two interceptions that could have lost the Cowboys the game. Prescott needs to show up a little earlier against the Lions if the Boys are to have any chance in winning. Also, field goals aren't going to give the Boys a W in the win column this week...............

Did anyone know that Dak is building a new Castle? I just heard about it in the news?

Is there nothing he can't do?

I wouldn’t disagree with your overall assessment but I think you took my theme too literally.

In the end after all of the correct contributing factors you’ve laid out we needed a game winning drive . And our QB and offense delivered in very dramatic fashion.

And like I laid out in my OP and additional post throughout ( the title was a little dramatic to draw interest in) this win only saved the season for now.
