Yeah Prosper is thriving a nice time to get that house for what he did.

Real estate is booming there. 7 acres is pretty nice.

it is a waste of materials, he could have let people come out and take stuff like the roofing tiles and much else, then demo it.

Also he could have sold it for 5 times what it is worth because it was his house with the field.
more money, then build another one and nothing is wasted.

Now this whole house will just help fill up the current landfill. nothing recycled..
