He is building a new one I guess LOL .......but someone in the X thread says this happens a lot in Texas.

If I had the money, I'd do the same thing. I'm not sure how old the house was when he purchased it, but let's say it was a 2010. A 2025 home would be amazing, I know I just bought a home here in 2024.
