Not like he was going to up and move.

It’s a small town. There are nice neighborhoods with nice homes, but you can say that about every other suburb in area. It’s nothing special. Im guessing the property taxes are low out there.

Not quite but they are very coveted.
There is currently NOTHING on the market in Prosper with 5_ acres on Zillow.
If you go down to 2 acres required, you find 2 properties. The cheapest is 2.3 Million.
