Dak tearing down his 8,800 sq ft home in Prosper

I have a friend who bought a house that he didn’t like, but he loved the location. He immediately had the house torn down and had a new home built.
We have know clue what it's like to have that kind of money. I notice some are calling it dumb........it is when you can't afford to do it (LOL)

What do you call the "Complex" in Frisco? And he has developments in other areas....
I don’t think they tore down houses for that.
Nor other areas. They were already commercial zoned. And near other business structures.

I have a clue, but it’s not dumb when you’re making $60 million per season and that’s not even counting the money he makes off the field for endorsements.

It was posted a while back. He made additions to the house but before he did, I think it was valued at somewhere around $4.5 million. I believe Zillow had it at $4.7 million.

I don't even get the point of having a house that big unless you have like 10 kids. Whenever I think of the "dream house" I would buy if I was rich, being gigantic is never one of the things that pop into my imagination.
right. 8 bathrooms? so i can poop somewhere different every day of the week like richard lewis?

Think about it........what is $4.5 - 4.7M to someone with his kind of money? As stated before fans' mistake is looking at these players as normal people and they are in a sense but they are professionals who have earned the right to make the money they make, just like any other professionals.
