Trust yourself. Too many members here are Blues Brothers. People are on missions from God, wrapped in self-righteousness, trying every single day to convince others why they are right about this player and why others are wrong about that player. No different then your personal beliefs on how great Dak is. However, we can let's the stats speak for themselves when they are both retired. JA will go down as the better QB across the board.

And the people that actually watched Dak play and not just saw his stats in a stat book, will know that Dak is a paper champion only. He is a paper QB. He looks good until you actually need a QB to lead you to something substantial and then he is hollow and collapses.

This is off the reservation. The REAL problem is the "Dak or Die" finesse offense that Dallas has built and run for FAR TOO LONG. The philosophy of this team has been wrong for almost the entirety of Prescott's tenure. And every coach since Wade Phillips has done very little to re-establish the formula Dallas used in the 90s.

If Prescott played for the 49ers he would likely already have a superbowl ring. Why? Because they are a run-focused team under Shanahan and that is who they have been since Garropolo The Great took them to a superbowl they didn't win.

Because you're paying attention to the wrong people. Stay away from the ridiculous Dak fights, and you'll find out that this place is loaded w/ great info and awesome takes. If all you want to do is spat, then you won't see it.

One game doesn't move much, but Dak was in the Top 7 at the beginning of the year, and he hasn't done anything to lose his spot. Gain ground rather than lose any.

Yes but it's week 5. This is my point all along. There is nothing we can say about Week 5. I get it if this game was like the 49ers game back in 2023 where it seemed like the QB was totally clueless against the far superior team, but this game carried far less meaning and looked totally different from that game. Based on how badly we were dominated against them. We were not dominated tonight ....its just a bunch of stupid things we did.

We don't even know if this Cowboys team is even a good, playoff worthy team - or not.

I'm sorry but I will take JA any day of the week over Dak. JA might have some questionable turnovers but he has something Dak doesn't: an unbelievable drive/spirit to win. When that dude has the ball, you believe anything is possible.

When Dak has the ball, I have to hope the wind is blowing the right direction, there is no blitz, the receiver aren't being pressed, Dak is having a good day, and even then its 50/50.

I'm taking Josh all day, I'm taking Baker, I'm taking anyone with any mobility and stones to deliver the football and extend the play

Make no mistake. This franchise's philosophy has been wrong since March 29, 1994, before Super Bowl XXX. It's football team philosophy is just win with the front office management and influence of people who have never been qualified to run an NFL franchise.

Championship-caliber teams are both led and are the embodiment solely of their head coach's mentality and system. A roster and coaching staff cannot be driven by two personalities competing as the face of the team.

That is not leadership driving an organization to a Lombardi. That's a car stuck in neutral while the driver and shotgun driver argue over directions. And passengers just sit and spin ultimately going nowhere.

I been think about that, that Jerry tries to run the team like some company. The Head Coach is just a supervisor to the players. The GMing is done in a board room environment where supposedly they discuss and vote, without there being any one who has one particular philosophy on how to build a team, because a group of people will have how ever many people there are number of philosophies. Jimmy Had a Philosophy on team building; Parcels had his own Philosophy on it; Belichick had his. So we either have Jerry's Philosophy of team building or a boardroom where each member of the board believes something different and then they make a vote on what player to get.

Exactly, and I get that it's unreasonable to an extent to expect scores every drive. But it's another thing when we are home and the offense is anemic, and Dak can't figure out which way is north with a working gps. Especially when we have a kicker who's pretty automatic from the 45 yardline
