This beg the question. Has Dak ever done what Goff did, under the most dired of situation? Has Dak ever won a game without Zeke while being the underdog? Anthony Lynn is an awful coordinator and coach, and the Lions got their first tie and win with Dan Campbell calling the plays, and he awful himself. Goff won inspite of MCDC coaching, he carried his coach and saved his career. It's no surprise that the moment the Lions got Goff a starting receiver (#3) in Reynolds, Goff has looked like a different QB entirely. He looked like 2018 Goff, being clutch, and without McVay. And despite not having a starting reciever (prior to Reynold), Goff has gotten the Lions multiple game winning drives only for the defense to allow the other teams to get a walk-off win.

The Lions would go O-17 with Dak Prescott as their QB. Don't let Dak's stat fool you, this Cowboys team is literally carrying him. No one does less with more.

Now imagine if Goff had Cooper, Lamb, and Gallup :eek:

It's always funny how so many fans fall for limited QB's who have a great game or three when the conditions are just right. Minshew, McCoy, Keenum, Derek Anderson, Josh Mcsomething, Brock Osweiler, Matt Lafleur, Brian Hoyer, AJ McCarron, Mike Glennon, Ryan Fitzpatrick. All the same guy. List is long of guys who can play well for a few games. I find it very strange how fans consistently fall for this, and it's even weirder when NFL orgs do.
 
I remember when Romo had the same threads. I wonder if internet was around, would Aikman have the same dumb threads.

It make total sense, Kirk like Dak put up empty stats. Explain to me how Kurt is 27 TDs and 3 picks (Mahomes number) yet the Vikings are 5-7, and Vikings fans want to get rid of Cousins?

QB like Goff don't put up crazy stat simply because they don't care about personal glory. However Goff has constantly outplayed Cousins in their matchups. You got one playoff game to win, you want Dak/Cousins/Mayfield or Goff as your QB?

There is a reason Goff has the 2nd most wins after Brady, and it ain't all McVay.

Dak isn't as predictable. This team has everything, yet Dak did his best to give the game away to the Saints. He just so inconsistent. One moment he dropping dimes to Gallup, and the next, he can't even throw a 5 yard slants to Browns for a first down.

You can fix Goff by believing in him and developing him. How do you fix Dak when he limited as a QB?

how is it easier to fix mental than physical, if in 5 years Goff's problems haven't been fixed....the body heals....hmmmm, nah, you are not agenda driven....

Stafford is an average QB at best yet the Rams gave up two 1st-round draft picks to get him so they could jettison Goff.

Goff is sub-mediocre.

You know, with last season's being a complete and utter debacle proving your idiotic theory wrong that any QB would look better in Dallas than Dak, you would think you would sit this season out. At least give it one season for people to forget the repeatedly moronic statements by you and those of your ilk.

Yet, here we are...a season later where the team is 8-4 and once again, Dak leads one of the NFL's best offenses...dealing with your idiotic nonsense.

Did you really want Jezza Jones to trade for Goff prior to the Rams / Lions deal ?

again, Goff, 5 years and McVay threw in the towel....in the meantime, in 5 years there is no denying Dak improved. players come back from injuries all the time, so not sure how mental is easier to fix than physical.
