I am not sensitive, on the contrary, its you who has been quite sensitive about others opinions (including me), responding incessantly and have even tried to make it a personal or emotional or something issue....why are you so sensitive about other people's opinion of Dak? why are you so he!l bent on proving your point?

You are the one who responded to me in the first place. I don't care what you think of Dak. How have I been sensitive about other peoples opinions? Give an example. You do know this is a message board where you give your opinion. You sound like an angry person.

LOL....you are learning....you are now trying to turn and accuse of what you yourself are....and if this is an open message board, you can choose to respond or not respond...you continued to respond to my initial comment? why? you then tried to call it emotional or something rather...why? you continued the childish stubborn behavior on several subsequent posts. why? then when I called your childish behavior using reverse psychology you stopped....I have stated nothing but facts, allowing people to form their opinions based on facts. all I did was call out inaccurate information, which is what made you mad. why?

The decision to manage our cap the way we do is not about Dak. It's about our poor decision making, as a team. I'm not a believer in Fields so I don't view that as reasoning to justify or condemn the Dak deal, one way or the other but, it was a bad decision to sign Dak to that contract IMO.

No because they did not know Fields would be available, nor do they know Fields will be as good a QB as Dak. They may be right or wrong, but what the Cowboys did know was that they are confident in Dak.

Being a winner is all about culture attitude. You don’t have to win something. How can you not possibly get that Dan Marino never won a Super Bowl. How are you gonna call him a loser. I don’t think so

You do need good culture attitude, but if you can't win games you aren't a winner. Participation trophies don't count. Dan Marino at lest made it to a Superbowl.

Realitically, since Chicago was willing to give up future 1st's to go up & give away the store to move up for Fields, if we let Dak walk... then Chicago just moves up a little higher and steals him out from under us anyway. So we walk away from the draft with a hole at QB but Surtain or someone falls to us... so we're slightly less terrible on defense (still bad at safety and on the d-line and at linebacker, but with a nice new cornerback to help polish the furniture on our sinking ship of a defense) but we're not able to function on offense because of the the hole at QB.

Or, worse, we beat the Bears' trade offer, so we're giving up a future 1st and probably tossing in Gallup since he's one of the only trade chips we have that anybody would want. In which case, our defense is staying terrible and our offense is still getting worse (because rookie QB's are basically never as good as Dak so they're all a downgrade even if they aren't an awful bust). It'll be 2023 before Fields gets to QB a team with another 1st round rookie on it to help the cause, and it'll be 2023 before the defense gets a 1st round resource to help it. Fields will already be set up to be just another Romo or Dak as the next guy to accomplish nothing here because the team couldn't be bothered to field a serious NFL defense.

And while I'm no huge fan of spending premium resources on 4-3 linebackers, one of the nice upsides of picking Parsons is that it softens the ground for convincing Jerry we can move on from Jaylon's albatross contract soon and for avoiding screwing ourselves by committing to a similar albatross contract with LVE. If we let Dak walk, the way the dominos fall, I think it's pretty likely we come away locked into Jaylon and LVE remaining the future at LB. Which is a losing path.

Oh, or maybe Jerry panics after Chicago steals Fields out from under us and so he picks Mac Jones at 10. Which: yikes.
 
We're gonna find out how good Fields can be. I do know the Bears drafting Fields made them better and Dak couldn't handle that team when Dak was healthy.

#2 offense in 2019. had by far the best offense in 2020 where it took additional two weeks after his injury for any QB to match his passing numbers.. now go and spin it.

then I guess we should rank Dilfer above Dan marino. Dilfer won a superbowl. and perhaps Grossman is as good as Marino since he went to a superbowl too..

and I find it funny you seemingly wanting Dak to fail so you prove yourself right, instead of wanting to see the team succeed.... are you even a fan?
