I think Dak did well in the first half while the game was competitive.

The 2nd half was more conservative because the Browns showed they couldn’t move the ball consistently. But, it also gave the Browns hope they could win because the Cowboys couldn’t chew the clock.

Dak got paid big today but plaid below average. He was a bit to hasty with lots of his passes when they went on an all out blitz. A little disappointed but hoping he can perform better than what we saw to day next week.

Nick Foles was below average every time he took the field.

And that is the biggest unknown. I will root for him also. But will not complain with an average game and a win.
My biggest concern, once again is the playoffs.
I was willing for him to play out his contract and go from there.

Yeah he wasn’t horrible. But certainly not like the guy we paid for. All I ask is to be more consistent with his game and more accurate. Especially being paid as the best.

But we are locked in with him, so I will cheer for him no doubt, not happy we are stuck, but cowboys first, and I hope we can luck out like the giants with Eli and win at least 1. Give me one Dak and you can play like garbage for the next 5 years, and I will surely blindly root for you.

Until then, I will root for him, just not blindly.

Well...I don;t consider it a negative thing to say..Dak was Dak. Did his job...made a couple sweet plays. Didn;t screw anything up...let his team play...against a team that showed up average or worse.
