Dak was below Average

Passing yardage around the league was bad today, plus we went against one of the best defensive units in the NFL from last year I'm not worried yet.

Dak got paid big today but plaid below average. He was a bit to hasty with lots of his passes when they went on an all out blitz. A little disappointed but hoping he can perform better than what we saw to day next week.
Are you trying to say noodles sucked? If you are he did not!

As long as we win. Don’t care how Dak plays. He played well enough for us to get the W.

The offense as a whole did well. Yeah the defense was the better unit today. But it was a total team win man. 26 points against the browns defense is a solid day for an offense.
Total team win . . . the Green Bay game was a total team lost and this was a total team win

Unbelievable

He played well today and made some great throws. Sure you can pick apart high throws. Listen I rip the guy plenty but not this week

Dude this is such a lame take.

Browns have what is regarded as best secondary in league and terrific pass rush. We were up by twenty at half-time and coasted to an easy road win.

Just unreal that you can think that...let alone post it.

It was the first time a lot of the offense played together in a live game against another team this season. Not to mention, the Browns defense is top 5. Stop being so damn insufferable.
That is no top 5 defense.

Dak wasn't spectacular. Too many drives ended in field goals.
But ...
He committed no turnovers, and he played zero minutes in the preseason, so it stands to reason he was rusty.
I don't necessarily question Dak's overall regular season performance. That's not where I judge him.
I won't get super critical/supportive until the playoff start.
That's Dak's proving ground.

I agree. Nothing Dak does or doesn’t do in the regular season is going to matter for people’s perception. It’s all gonna come down to:

1. Make the playoffs
2. Make a playoff run to a Super Bowl.

Nothing else really matters. He’s signed. He’s here for 5 more years.

Just gotta hope we get a championship run out of it.

He was average, no wow moments against a good defense. It looked like MM called a pretty conservative game as well, and he just seemed to me to manage the game. Watch how Stafford is playing tonight without one of his big WR's it's a different feel. Dak badly needs a run game to succeed, and we just don't have it as I see when watching other teams

Dak never plays really well the first game of the year when he hasn’t gotten time in the preseason. He played well enough and the defense played great. Im happy to get out with a win and Dak will play better next week.

He didn't have a bad game nor did he have a great game by any means. Average at best.

He didn't play in the preseason and first game of the year. He committed no turnovers and did enough to win. To many missed passes that were simply his fault. However Cleveland does have one of the better defenses
