Suddenly everybody is a tough D. Something is wrong with Dallas and it's the staff. All our pro bowlers didn't become scrubs over the off season.

NY, Denver, and Arizona are all very good defenses, particularly pass defenses. That doesn't mean that it's the only contributing factor to our offensive struggles, but to act like it's some fallacy is oddly incorrect.

What game were you watching? He was better in the second half, or late in the 3rd. But we need to start discussing what the hell is going on at the LOS, I have no idea why he's not changing plays, but it's getting Elliott killed.

This is short term memory due to getting a W. There are some serious freakin' problems in this game, we essentially went 6 quarters of terrible football, and I mean terrible. We had the lowest number of yards in a first half since 2005 - there are problems, and Dak is part of it.

I say we need to move Green to RT and Collins to LG. The experiment of switching them up is failing, that push in the middle in the run game isn't happening as much as we need it and the pass protection from the right is even worse than it was with Free.
Can we please stop with the switching OL stuff...it isnt happening.

Collins gave up exactly 1Pressure and Dak was sacked 1 time and Smith gave that up!

Did you miss all of the big runs to the right?

Lets give it a rest and let this young team settle into their new roles. dang.

The game started to change once Dak started to roll out and had freedom to make plays then just executing set plays. The play to TWill was a perfect example where he escaped the rush and roll to his left and made the play. Even if the roll out was planned, he had option to run, pass short or long. This keeps the DBs honest and harder to defend receivers. Dak may not have the full freedom Romo had but Romo's big plays came when he was running around which helped out the receivers get open.

And he sucked on the very next play after that escape to pass it to TWIll..

Those successful roll outs are play calls done by Linehan. Every score in the second half was not on the fly, but were play calls. The Dez TD was a crossing route and he ran through the whole defense. Before that it was three straight runs by Zeke.

The roll out to Butker was a play action to bite left and get Butler behind the defense and Dak has all the time in the world with his blocker. Then Linehan called Zeke's number.

All well executed by the whole team.

And yet Zeke rushes for 80 yds on 3.6 a carry, yet where are the threads saying he needs to do more, and isn't doing the same as last year? We can trash Dak when he has a 141 qb rating, but no threads for Zeke's performance.

Please do get these people to stop acting like the O-LIne is not great, it is and will get better as the young guys move into their prime and get used to positions.

Pressure stats are unreliable, did you see the one for Lawrence?

And the issue was more in the running game. Collins hasn't looked good in pass protection, there is no defense here, he's been average. Pretty sure he graded out quite low last week and average the week before that. Doubt he was much better in this game.

I wasn't looking at stats...i watched the game.

And again...we had big runs to the right, including our TD run.

LOL who exactly played like a scrub? We just scored 28 pts in a road win.

Watch some other football games besides just the Cowboys. Sounds like you could use some perspective.

The bigger issue is the Big 3 on the oline have not been playing up to their standards.

Is it them or is it the fact that they now have Green and Collins next to them in positions they are fairly new at in the NFL?

As I said, it may have been a planned roll out but fact he had the option to run or pass on the move makes it harder for the DBs to defend. Our receivers have hard time getting open due to pathetic route design. Other teams help their receivers by using rub routes and scheme. We rarely do. Having Dak move around does the same thing. For now, that's when Dak is at his best. I'm sure he'll get better at other things with time. You can't expect him to be as good as Romo in his second year.
