Elite QBs win even when handicapped. Dak needs superb talent around him all the time, instead of him carrying the team he is the one that needs to be carried.
So there’s three elite QBs in the league right now? Right? What is everybody else after that?

I assume you meant "pace" , but if it continues that remains to be seen.

I sure hope not though. We're going to need him to play well in the playoffs.
What? You don’t wanna go out on a limb and make your prognosis since you apparently know that he sucks?

I'm not confident in him and I guarantee none of ya'll would ever put money on Dak Prescott leading a NFL team to a Super Bowl victory.

You can be homers on here all you want, but you'd never put your money where your mouth is.

I can see that and admit that, which I do, meanwhile you all are still in denial.

He sucks and my prediction is he will continue to suck but have a few decent games sprinkled in.

I would say maybe 4, Mahomes, Brady, Rodgers and depending if he is recovered Murray is playing at high level

the rest is a matter of taste.....the shine is off Herbert, Allen, Dak, Jackson at this point as all have struggled on and off to different degrees

Not if the o-line is what's handicapping them. Even elite QBs struggle if the o-line is struggling.

Having said that, I think the Dallas o-line played pretty well yesterday. Dak just missed some throws or made some bad reads at key times. I don't think he was horrible though, until that last interception for a TD. And as bad as it looked, I do think part of that interception was on Schultz for stopping his route (he should have kept running)...and Dak just didn't see the LB because he was blocked by the lineman in front of him. Crap happens.

I still have faith in Dak and this offense. But I have more faith in this TEAM, if the special teams can continue to play well and the defense continues to wreak havoc on QBs. So I'm feeling pretty good about this Cowboys team, even though Dak and the offense is struggling. And interesting enough, when Dak was playing great, averaging 350+ yards/game with a high QBR, I had less confidence in the team itself. .

I was at the game on the "enemy" side of the field. I was talking cash @hit to the miserable WFT fans. We were up 24-0 when one fan said, "have faith, Dak will help us get back in the game" . I laughed in the dudes face, but unfortunately he was right. Btw, this dude could predict a ton of our offensive snaps, especially the runs.

I was there too, sitting at the 50, on the enemy side. :starspin:

And yes, our offense, it's just predictable. Sadly, we need some creativity and deception on offense, especially early in games. Still run, but out of different sets and formations.

Duning-Kruger afflicts you.

Not surprised. If you were running the GM position of this franchise, you’d bury it into a loop of 1-15 seasons and then you’d get super pissed when you couldn’t just turn the Xbox off or delete the franchise and start over.

Hey..

didn’t I call you an idiot a couple weeks ago?

NAILED IT!!

:laugh::laugh:
Just because you don't have an eye for talent doesn't mean it's hard to spot. Your a real butt sniffer for Jerry aren't you boy.

When you are getting $40 million, you are supposed to be the leader, not the sheep. Is Dak on his way out?
On his way out?

Have you looked at his contract lately? You cant exactly walk away from a contract like.

Like it or not, Dak is going to be here for a very long time so we better find out what is wrong with him and try to fix it instead of having a boner for Herbert or whoever else you guys want at QB.

We have seen this same thing happen to Dak and it was 2019, 2017. He is capable at times of making big plays but he misses the slam dunks. Top 10 QBs don't miss slam dunks.
Prescott still does some elite things on the football field. But the inconsistency is a cause for concern. From my vantage point, I do think the right calf remains an issue. However, only time might tell where this story ends up.

It's gonna have to play out but his inconsistency and accuracy are going to hurt their chances.

For people who believe KM is blameless, answer me this. If your QB is struggling, which we all agree Dak is, why would you pass so much with a 3 score lead?! Commit to the run. You can be creative about it. It doesn't have to be between the tackles every time. Change up your cadence, to keep the defense honest.
