Your the one who's obviously hating on the truth
No, not at all.
Your the one who's obviously hating on the truth
Why must people add their interpretations of a post they're responding to? At times, Dak made it worse. At times he was getting hit, hurried etc. He got sacked multiple times and our running game was embarrassing.
Sounds a lot like the O line was hot garbage. I noticed you also conveniently left out parts of my post. I also clearly stated that the entire offense was awful.
This isn't hard.
Dak played bad...not an excuse but he is injured and its showing. his footwork is awful awful awful. he doesn't want to put any weight on his right leg. even when he runs, it looks like Jaylon Smith Running. more hopping than running. when he got hit by King on the sideline, instead of putting his right foot down and continue to run out of bounce, he just bend his knee going down knee first, which is not what you are supposed to do (and hurt the knee too). on his interception returned for TD, he lifted his right foot. hip pointing forward, weight on left leg only and side armed the throw. he clearly was trying to avoid putting weight on his back leg and turn the hip....he is unable to do that at this time.
with that said, again, not an excuse, you are injured and you are not helping the team...this is impacting the offense. his play is sub-par. its impacting him mentally too as he is frustrated and it shows. he is awful awfl awful going to the right. he is better from the pocket and he is meh going to his left as he can't run and turn to make the throws... this is leading to inaccurate throws, inconsistent release point, inconsistent plays and impacting offense...
perhaps given we have 4 games to go, with 3 game lead, then we should sit him for next 3 weeks. let him heal (not sure if enough time), what ever happens happens. we play giants, philly, WFT and we can win 1 of those at least....then let him play the last week in preparation for playoffs.
this trying to fight through the injury craap is not working.
Only that wouldn't be fair because the entire offense sucked. At least compare Apples to Apples in your Dak hatred.

The whole Offense didnt suck. We rushed for 122 (against a Defense that's allowed just 93 yards per game) and Dak appeared to have a fair amount of time in the pocket.
Sometimes you have to acknowledge that Dak just has a bad game. Nothing about hatred.....the objective metrics confirmed what the eye assumed.
The two sacks I found Dak had 3.5 and 6 seconds respectively from the snap, if he can't work with that then no O-Line is going to be good enough.
He did have a bad game and made some bad throws and bad decisions, he also had some good ones...he has 4 weeks to work through this slump
I did. Dak included. The whole Offense didnt suck. We rushed for 122 (against a Defense that's allowed just 93 yards per game) and Dak appeared to have a fair amount of time in the pocket.

You can clearly tell by his running there's something wrong. It's not just an excuse, there's something wrong.Oh, I agree. What I hate is the continued excuses as soon as Dak has a poor game, it's as if he's Teflon. It's as if it's Anyone But Dak....normally wouldn't bother me, but when the excuses start flying (even himself blaming fans) then he needs to put his hands up.
The injury excuse appears quite erroneous as he seemed pretty ok in the first half.

So it's only an excuse when Prescott is injured. Got it.How many out there are still playing at 100% at this time of the season? That's an excuse not a reason.
Even today we've a handful of posts criticizing other elements of the offense and last week it was the defense that needed to improve (as per @Bobhaze) ..... well maybe, just maybe, they arent 100% fit either. It just seems when it comes to Dak he's judged by different parameters to the rest of the team.
The dude is struggling to put any type of decent game together. Everyone is pretty much healthy on the "O" side of the ball and he's struggling BIG-TIME to get the ball to his receivers. Denver did an excellent job shutting down the offense and other teams are now following in Denver's foot prints. Unfortunately, teams have exposed Dak's inabilities to read to pre-read other team's defensive schemes when he comes up to the line. Yesterday's game was a joke, Dak was fortunate to have JUST 2 picks and he all saw his second pick that almost cost them the game. Luckly for him the "D" was loaded for bear yesterday and was not going to be denied a victory yesterday. The last couple of years Dak has struggled at the beginning, but would come out the second half on fire and would either pull out a victory or at least make the game close at the end. Well, Dak's not even doing that now he's struggling to find his game almost every series and this is why MM needs to set him down to get his head right because they're going to win their division, but it's going to be one and done in the playoffs at the rate he's playing.....................I admit that he has been bad, but pulling him for Rush is ridiculous.

Of course. All QB's are. And he set himself up to be judged differently w/ his contract squabbles, including renegging on the agreement the year before he signed. Insist on top pay, fine, but then play like a top player. How many out there are still playing at 100% at this time of the season? That's an excuse not a reason.
