I mean, that has to be it, right? Can we get Dak or even the Cowboys organization to admit that?

Perhaps he needs to sit? What good is a playoff berth with a broken Dak Prescott?

OR --> is it not just the injury, but the way defenses are scheming? Doesn't help that Zeke and the running game (sans Pollard) aren't the same as they were earlier in the year.

Bottom line is Dak is struggling. Glad it's coming out in the open right now. Let's see what he intends to do about it...

That pick was NOTHING to do with a calf. That was just plain stupid.

I love Dak, but he’s not playing good football right now. Not blaming anyone else for that.

I’m still not worried about it because I think it’s just a matter of time before he gets his mojo back.

Stack wins and play at your best when it really counts.

We won. I’m happy.
:starspin:

Gave a like to this. Dak had a bad game and but I can't complain too much when it is a win. He's a good quarterback that has some worrisome throws in the last few games. Can't replace him this season because he is still your best chance to win at QB. Best to see if the trend continues.

Um yes considering QB is the most important position on the field.

Also, we would have 15% of our cap back and could allocate that towards fixing the OL and LB core

Keep being a buffoon tho

You are so wrong I'm embarrassed for you. There isn't another human on this entire planet that would trade Parsons and Dak for Mac Jones. Not 1 single person out of 7 billion besides you. That's something you should be very proud of. Woof.

So when did your vision get affected by your calf? He is not seeing the field. Teams have figured out how to play him. He’s average. Good QB on a strong running team. He isn’t going to put a team on his back

And this why I get a bit apprehensive taking a QB when the running/scrambling aspect is such a key part to his game...

What's going to happen to that quarterback when the wheels aren't what they used to be? What's Lamar Jackson going to be like when he can't run? See RGIII.

Now Dak has shown to be a better passer, but he never was a pocket quarterback. His accuracy and decision making is just way off right now

Just think of the QB's that are due $ after this year and next. If that QB in Dallas is worth 40 mill. I want 80 mill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brady and Rogers are due 100mill. a year based on Dakuracys' contract!
Another guy from Mississippi pissed about Dak’s contract lmao

I agree on the timing. But the mistakes have been mental. Not seeing the field at all. It's a mystery at this point considering how clearly he saw the field earlier this the season. This is not the same player who threw for nearly 500 yards against Bellicheck. I don't think we'd score 10 points now against New England.

Word.

This is a game we lose 9/10 times in years past.

The defense is developing into a monster. Yet people want to, first and foremost, whine about Dak instead of taking about that.

It isn't that, we all want to win a SB. and if our qb is playing like he has the past couple of games were going nowhere. The defense is playing lights out recently. We need dak to be dak again. He gets paid 40 mil a year, he is not immune to criticism.

Listen its a league of adjustments. Dak just looks worse than the beginning of the year. He needs to find it again. It really looks like the calf to me, especially since he won't run. I get it he isn't the fastest, but picking up that crucial third down with his legs was a huge part of his game.

He is absolutely terrible he looks demoralized on the sideline I think he is having some mental health issues or something. He just goes to the sidelines and either looks like he is going to cry or puts his face in a tablet. Not much of a leader.

During that same time he had his calf injury, his grandmother died. Maybe his grandmother's death is affecting him more than he thinks.

He seems completely in his head and distracted.

I wish we had the answers. It’s so perplexing. It truly is. He looked so so so great to begin the season, and now this drastic downhill slide. I wouldn’t think a calf injury could make him forget how to set his feet and read defenses. Whatever the reason, it’s very concerning

Totally agree. He's off. I think it's the calf and not being able to set...but it's a guess.

They have to figure it out though. Quick.

I wouldn't say Dak has been horrible, just off. He's making one or two boneheaded decisions per game now. It's like having the bad version of Tony Romo in December.
