Funny how Lamar and Herbert get lumped in with Burrow. Herbert has never done anything and we are FAR away from 2019 with Lamar...
Lack of achievements recently - or none at all - every starting NFL QB is
getting paid maga millions.

What are you expecting from Prescott?
You have 7 years of his ineptness and year 8 will find him sinking faster than the Titanic!
666 Prescott left misery and sorrow in his wake.......This will be his legacy.
61-36 win loss record. Inept? This is why we all think you’re a joke.

If Dak demands crazy amounts of money on his next extension, I think fans will really be done with him.
After seeing what QB's in his range, Carr, Jones, Geno Smith, who've received less than $40 million a year, it's hard to see him getting much more than that.
He makes about $40 million a year now and that seems to be where his value is. I think it's actually should be more towards $35 million but I think the Cowboys will want to keep it around $40. If he asks for more then he's crazy and/or the Cowboys are stupid for paying it.
I wouldn’t be comparing Dak with those QBs. He has more wins. more playoff appearances, and more playoff wins. He’s had a better career than any of them.

How has Dak been the last 2 playoff games against SF? Dak lost both games for Dallas but hey, you keep posting his career record all while ignoring the fact Dak is 48-33 since his rookie year of 2016......yeah, such a great QB you dream about often.

How in the world is an extension on the table? He has 2 years to prove it should be. Let him prove it. If anything a QB should be a part of the next 2 drafts.

It don't matter, he could win a superbowl, and the norms would want him cut after the first loss after a Super bowl

I would hope Dak would be willing to adjust to more affordable terms in his next contract.

This team really needs for that to happen to contend. He'll surely be signed, said the FO.

He lost so yes he failed.
But you said "by my criteria, hes a failure"

My criteria is "make a playoff run".

Go back and check it.
Hurts is not a failure "by my criteria", mkay? I consider this settled.
Not sure where the confusion happen...other than some people just want to find something to argue about....even if they have to make it up.
with all due respect of course.

That's ok. I just think folks can be a bit kinder with each other. It gets really old after a while.
It canbe hard to hold your patience when people change what you say then argue.....blatantly. like what just happened here.
I think i did pretty good.:rolleyes::)

Then Dak is not a failure as the Cowboys made a run as well.
