If Dak demands crazy amounts of money on his next extension, I think fans will really be done with him.
After seeing what QB's in his range, Carr, Jones, Geno Smith, who've received less than $40 million a year, it's hard to see him getting much more than that.
He makes about $40 million a year now and that seems to be where his value is. I think it's actually should be more towards $35 million but I think the Cowboys will want to keep it around $40. If he asks for more then he's crazy and/or the Cowboys are stupid for paying it.
Why do fans object for a man to make the most money he can? That’s why players don’t talk about other players money. They get it. It’s a freakin’ job. Get as much as you can. Blame the owner/gm if you don’t like it.

Lol. Dak could play for free and some wouldn’t be happy. Pretty much all NFL players want all they can get in those first big contracts. Parsons has pretty much said he is not giving a discount when it’s his turn. Let’s see how he plays between now and then. Does anyone think Parsons will play his 5th year or hold out.
Parsons is an elite player in his position. 1st team All Pro. He will be paid accordingly and fans willl not batter an eyelid. In a salary cap era when a QB is significantly overpaid compared with their actual ability it kneecaps the depth on the roster. We saw what happened when the team needed Prescott to make a couple of throws to beat the 49ers in the play offs - he failed.

The team went 5-1 over the past two seasons with a practice squad quarterback - how is Prescott the difference in any way?

Hes been here long enough. Under dofferent combinations of HC, play callers, qb coaches. Rookie deal or max contract. You either like him or not at this point.

Most do blame the GM's. Unless you set up stipulations in their contract as Geno and Jones have in their contracts. Seahawks are just buying time with Geno and I expect them to draft a QB with their first pick #5 and move on from Geno in a year or two per contract. Ravens GM smartest man in football knowing Lamar can't take them anywhere! He doesn't listen to the media talking heads. I'd like to shake that mans hand. Jerry on the other hand....................

What are you expecting from Prescott?
You have 7 years of his ineptness and year 8 will find him sinking faster than the Titanic!
666 Prescott left misery and sorrow in his wake.......This will be his legacy.
Sadly his legacy will be sleeping soundly on his sleep number bed as the Jerry brinks truck backs up to his house.

Its A Sick Joke . . . But its all we got at this point

The video where Jerry didn't know How Many seasons Dak was on the team and then went on to claim Dak is aging like Brady

Ali i do is laugh now
Would be best if you simply got lost and followed another team. The Cowboys would not miss you or your fellow Dak haters. Guaranteed.

Ain't it the truth. Some act like they have to pay his salary. I get that Dak is sucking up a large percentage of the cap, but that's the way it is. He's going to get an extension, so we better get used to the idea.
