He needs to learn to throw a more catchable ball.

When all or ur receivers are having balls bounce off their hands....maybe it's YOU...not them.

Just a theory.

I don't want to stir up any negativity through...so as a preface, please don't even read this post.

Actually if you freeze the frame they showed a still shot of it it literally hit the receiver in both hands when it's super fast and you watch the video you can't see it but it literally just like the Noah brown Jaguars overtime pick six it literally hit him between both hands.. It wasn't just in a catch zone or a catch radius it literally hit the player in the hands..

I'm sorry but I have this sneaky feeling that Simi is not going to be here very long he's just not improving. I know it's practice but anybody in here blaming prescott for this is the ones that are on my ignore list or soon to be because they just have a narrative because I don't like a player that ball was perfectly thrown it hit the player in both hands it was picked off like last year and I don't think the Cowboys coaches are going to allow this this year, Simi will not make the final cut...book it

there's a reason that Noah brown was a pet cat here and now he's gone because of so many plays like that last year.. The guys a solid player had a good role as the 4th or 5th guy but we cannot put up with alleged professionals having balls bounce off their hands on a regular basis.
Bingo. Brown started off and made a tough catch that was behind him and pulled it in on a 4th down conversion. I thought he was finally getting it. But started dropping to many easy ones. So he is gone. Simi better start making those routine catches or he will join Brown or ride the pine. That ball hit him in both hands. I do think he is better than that but coaches are watching him. With Gallup supposedly back in physical and mental shape and Lamb and Cook there will be a dog fight for remaining spots.

I am more concerned with how our O-Line is looking. 1 drop isn’t going to concern me but blaming Dak is silly.

Eric Scott Jr. 6th Rd pick.
Oh I thought we were talking about a wide receiver that's why I was confused,

I think any of us could have both caught that ball or that interception it was that easy well maybe not any of us but I know for a fact even at 53. I could have did that because that's what I did in high school, I played two ways and that ball once it hit the receiver in the hand should have been caught and two it's so softly bounced in the air as usual from our wide receivers that most of us could have caught that as well.. :muttley:

That's a huge misstatement that's ridiculous see This is why we know where the daca haters and the trolls are it's because they take something like this when it's 100% the receivers fault and blame it on the quarterback they don't like I don't know any quarterback that throws a perfect ball on every snap but if it hits you in the hands the rule is you catch it. If it's even in your catch zone these receivers are supposed to be professionals this isn't the B league this is the NFL if you can't catch the ball that's put right on you that is 100% on the wide receiver

it's kind of odd though that you find it ironic that amari Cooper and CD lamb guys like that have no issue catching the football I guess only the uncatchable ones are going to the scrubs that can't catch on a regular basis?? I mean CD lamb is getting better every year and he had a career year last year that's odd coming from someone who can't throw a football...
This is classic I mean already early in the post we have social media blaming Prescott for hitting a receiver in the hands wrong his balls should have been spun better :lmao:
I clearly said it would be better if you didn't read it

A Eagle fan can only pretend for so long. All you gotta do is bring up Dak owning them and they can’t hold back any longer lol.
I kinda agree with you there.

My only argument would be that the actual TRUTH is good enough to get the eagles fans. But this poster said "unbeaten in 5 years"....so just like a dam once you lie and introduce a crack, it doesn't matter how strong the dam is...it will break.

The guy should have just said Dak has infrequently lost to the eagles (when he wasn't injured), ESPECIALLY after the year the eagles won the superbowl! That's TRUE...which makes it an ironclad trigger for the eagles fans

Never seen a Cowboys fan ever go into such detail to discredit the fact that Dak historically has owned the Eagles. Actually. The NFC east. Now with that said. The NFC east has been pretty bad for years but I am just saying. No cowboys fan will ever defend the eagles. Ever.
On the contrary......Dak's record against the eagles is good enough that it doesn't need "embellishments"! It's like....he's been a B+ against the eagles... .so don't taint his accomplishments by artificially scooching it up to an A+ by ignoring a loss here and and failing to mention something there. State the truth, it's good enough! Like when 49ers fans laugh and tell us we haven't been to a Divisional playoff game in 28 years..... that's a demoralizing enough burn on us....but if they said the said the same thing but scooched the # of years to 35, it loses its luster! The reality is bad enough...they don't have to ***** it a bit more.

I assume this entire post was meant in jest?

If not ....

Did you really watch this clip and determine the pick was Dak's fault?

I'm curious how you make a negative comment then follow it by saying you don't want to stir up negativity.

Also, how does it work to preface a post with a comment at the end of the post?

It's how my mind works.

I see Dak lead the league in Pick 6s and INTs despite missing a 3rd of the season....and his INTs costing several games and my mind works like this:

" there's something wrong. SOMETHING must change...or the same thing will happen again."

So I start looking for things that could have caused the massive INTs last year, and the fact that every one of his seasons has ended with a loss. That's how my brain works. But in my job....my job is also to improve a company...identify problems, and make it the best company it can be...not rest on my laurels and just "get by"

I think a lot of people just are happy with what he is, and what we've become...and the seasons the cowboys have had...with a wild card win here and there every 3 or 4 years. They SAY they want a GREAT QB...but they wouldn't want to do anything to push Dak or identify flaws with him to get that improvement. They look to explain away or defend any possible flaw. So there is no change. They want a great QB....but if someone like me dares to say "hmmm...maybe this, or that, might make a positive change they attack. The cowboys and it's fanbase are a GREAT place to work if you just want to coast along, give a B product... get ur 10 or 11 wins...maybe a WC win every so often...and then tee it up and hit REPEAT the next year.

Just not how I'm wired though. Tough Love just doesn't work with a sissy culture. So this team and fans really deserve the Dak they love....and should be ok with a repeat of 2022 Dak...because he's beyond reproach

eli was one of the luckiest sob in all of sports. Man those wrs went after that ball no matter where eli blindly heaved it. Big o line. Couple big bruising rbs. Stout defense.
Lucky sob.
