Wow, was that an ***-kicking
I lost a ton of respect for Dak...
His selfishness has screwed us (and himself).
Mahomes and Brady did it right...
They took smaller deals and allowed others to be paid properly, and got a better team around them.
Now Dak is even more exposed than ever.

His chance of winning a Superbowl is now even more remote than ever.

Mahomes is what, the 14 or 15th highest paid QB, and yet is the #1 QB in the league.

Dak is the highest paid QB, yet probably the 14 or 15th best QB in the league... and dropping

Go figure.
To be clear Mahomes has been pretty meh so far this season but his contract does allow the Chiefs to build up a defense to keep them in games. But its not Dak fault Jerry Jones overpaid for him by waiting until his last year to resign him and Dak goes out and have a MVP type season. That is Jerry's fault. When Mahomes signed he took the highest paid QB title. Its just great that he signed for so long because it allowed his contract to look like a bargain a few year later due to the ever so growing QB market. Where Jerry messed up is allowing Dak to only sign a 4 year deal, have a no trade clause and etc. They should of let him play out the contract this year if they was going to wait this long to sign him. Instead they waited til all of these super subpar QB's get signed for 50-55 million a year and that naturally boosted up his value.

Mahomes took the largest deal in league history and Brady took money under the table, plus had a wife making more than him.
Mahommes took a 10 year deal. Dak insisted on 4 so he could break the bank again. Giselle's wealth is irrelevant. Dak made generational money his first go around. Not to mention both of those guys had won championships before their first big extensions. You can't pay a good QB elite money. This is the result. Jerral's fear of the unknown screwed the team, but Dak's ego was the catalyst.

There are so many holes in this team that Dak would have to donate money and they’d still not be fixed because the person writing checks can’t be counted on to make good decisions, regardless of daks salary. We’ve all known for years we need to be able to stop the run game and get a run game. We’ve made no moves to fix either problem. And we are about to pay the leagues most one trick pony 8th best pass rusher a ton of money and it’s just going to make things worst.

Not fair to blame Dak... Most people in CZ knew he wasn't an elite QB to get the contact extension he got but Jerry thought otherwise. If we are going to point fingers let's start with the people making these decisions.

Tell me people here who are willing to take less at their job. Meanwhile anyone who believes they would have signed anyone with any saved money are kidding themselves.

Mahomes did not take less. He took by far the largest deal in league history both for AAV and total value. The fact that others passed it doesn’t change that.
They know this but their hatred for Dak doesn't allow them to admit this.

Yes and no, Mahomes spread the deal over an unusually long period, and was quickly surpassed... his deal was reasonable and workable. Dak's is not. Far from it.

Not so sure about Brady's under the table deal(s) - anything's possible. But ya, when you have a Billionaire super-model wife, I guess that makes you a little more flexible.

But still, the point is, he left money on the table for his supporting cast... and every penny makes a difference.

He told you you can leave if you want to. It makes him no difference.

I'm sure he's wondering what you're still doing here.

How 'bout blaming the actual problem and the person running this circus? Dak is just a symptom and we've been doomed for 3 decades.
Dak is not absolved from blame.

I swear some of you people think he's the second coming of Jesus. He's not. He's an average Quarterback at best and because of his salary we are screwed for the next three seasons.

You guys still don’t understand Jerry is the problem. I just don’t get it. How much more proof you need? He told you Derrick Henry and Zeke were the same player in 2024….let that sink in…..he told you Henry and Zeke are the same player and he couldn’t afford Henry. That guy is responsible for building your team.

He never said he was the second coming of Jesus. He said blame Jerry. It’s amazing when anyone blames Jerry you guys deflect to Dak. Who the hell signed Dak? Why are you guys scared to place blame on Jerry and his crap son?

Did I say he said that? I said he thinks that. You know the difference? And who held out like a spoiled child for years until he got his contract? Freaking dak and then look how he's playing.

He gave us all permission to leave if we want to.

Problem is he doesn’t care. He doesn’t care about winning and he has a very low football IQ
