I have never heard of a player suspended because he was at a club where a murder took place. Enlighten me please on this. Zeke allegedly knocked a fool out at a night club with witnesses. Nothing happened to him. Zeke also bullied a security guard while appearing drunk. Nothing happened to him.

That was falsely reported. Elliott wasn't even close to the guy that got hit. The witnesses came forth with that.

There is a difference in public perception. Elliott is not a rapper and the negative connotations that brings to a lot of people. And a lot of those people are owners in the NFL.

Goodell will be called on, once again, to polish that shield.

Parcells first act when he arrived was to warn the players not to be where they shouldn't be. He may very well have been just along for the ride but the publicity he's brought to the Cowboys is anything but positive. This guy has a track record of problems, he should be doing it better than the rest.

The question initially asked about him was is he serious about football? I would say not serious enough.

The one thing in his corner is that he is a Cowboy, most teams would be cutting ties as fast as they can. Image matters to them.

This is cynical, but I think very few teams instantly react for image reasons unless it's an obvious cut and run situation like Aaron Hernandez or Rae Carruth.

I think they cut more for internal discipline reasons. Why invest in someone who has no self-control, no discipline, lazy or whatever else led to their issues.

But a guy shows up to all practices, works harder than the guy next to him, produces some good numbers and plays every week that contribute to team wins.... hey, who cares if he's beating his wife every weekend?

That's probably more of the reality whether we want to admit it or not. And the salary and current national temperament on the issue also plays a huge part in how much tolerance there is to this player's shortcomings.

The media calls it accessory, but the judicial system doesn't recognize accessory that's why the guy is on death row. What's so hard to understand about that. If you're in on a crime where someone was murdered you will be charged with murder. The judicial system doesn't have an accessory to murder charge regardless of what the media calls it.

The media calls a car jacking a car jacking. The judicial system calls it grand theft auto or a strong arm robbery. The media and the judicial system doesn't use the same verbage all the time. The guy was not indicted on accessory to murder charges. He was indicted on murder charges.

I found 2 yt vids of the incident. they have a good picture of some of the guys involved. So at some point someone should ID those guys.
One has a necklace, with letters, starting with Y, hard to make out all of the letters.
The car is just a black suv, I doubt they could get the plate #. the guy with necklace appears to have a moustache, and is fairly clear, so someone should know if it is
KJ or not. also the white hoodie he is wearing has a distinctive emblem on the front.

also the police should be able to use traffic cams to get a better look at the car used, have they thought of that?, or is that only in the movies and tv lol

one thing that gets me is in this high tech age, why do all security cams suck big time?? why cant they use hd hq cams? then you could actually see what is going on.
using cheap cams sort of negates the whole point of using them.

Again, what do the circumstances indicate? If you are among a group involved in a fight with a person who is shot shortly after that, then circumstances indicate that you probably have some information about the shooting. That's it.

Are there other circumstances that you are using as a "reasonable person" to draw conclusions beyond that. As far as everything I've read goes, we don't know the circumstances beyond him being with the group when it got into the street altercation and being identified being in an elevator with the group. Anything else is speculative.

The general rule is don't assume anything beyond what is known.

Just saying that at some point you have to accept it's not all coincidence or bad luck when a person is in murky situations. Again, I'm not suggesting any conclusion in this specific case. Just that once you've watched this go down over a lifetime you learn to accept that if something smells fishy, it probably is.

I'm not referencing anything. I'm telling you the truth. Either you where in on it or you wasn't. If Joseph was in another vehicle, but told those guys to go shoot at Cameron. Then Joseph will be charged with murder. If the driver knew his passenger was going to fire that weapon, he will be charged with murder. There is no indictment for accessory to murder in Texas.

Yeah you would think they would have a program that detects license plates. Cameras are expensive most places have clear cameras inside the establishments now.That video you are referring to is supposedly Joseph. I can’t really tell if it is him or not. That can become a issue in court.
