Considering we had two rookie OLinemen starting vs the #1 defense from last year, we did aight. Dak and Cee Dee need to get back to work and get back to last year's form.

The offensive starters didn't play together at all during pre-season.
Started two rookie linemen playing positions not their usual.
Played the best defense in the league from last year.
Had a stud corner out for the game.
On the road in a hostile environment.
Defense controlled the Browns offense.
Offense moved the ball and score on two drives. Up so early it is difficult to regain that initial killer instinct.

Dallas won convincingly. Had some good plays. Really liked the crushing blow from Phillips. Watson felt that.

Ferguson needs to heal quickly. So does Bland.

One game at a time, but this was a very good start.

I'm glad we won, but this came didn't do anything to make me feel any better about the season. We handled a team without a quarterback, and broken offensive line. What I did like is our offensive line was pretty broken as well, but outperformed theirs. I'm worried what's going to happen when we face a real quarterback, and a better d. It's the first game. I'll be looking for improvements against a quality team with a quarterback going forward. Having said that it's a win.
