Let me preference this by saying this game reminded me of us vs Arizona last season. When you at least two starters along the offensive line your whole offense can look like crap.

Was impressed with game plan offensively in the first half and for the most part the young offensive lineman did not have too many mental areas. Cleveland defense is one of the best we will play all season. I am concerned that we don’t have any juice at running back. Zeke is Zeke but Dowdle is a JAG. I don’t understand the local media’s fascination with treating Dowdle like he is Pollard. I don’t think he is better than Zeke.Hipefully Cooks will be ready soon. He is faster than both Zeke and Dowdle.

The defense played just like Zimmer wanted them two. No busted assignments, stuffed the run, then destroyed the quarterback. The defensive line dominated. It’s crazy how an important a Sean Lee type linebacker is for any defensive scheme. We got one on a bargain basement contract. As much I bust on the YouTuber’s about who they love or overrate, Overshown looks like the next superstar next to Parsons and Diggs. He is what I thought the Simmons kid from Clemson was going to be for the Cardinals.

Have some concerns about MM attention to detail. That five yard penalty to end the half was inexcusable.

33-17 win on the road to start the season. We weren't perfect by any means but no team is. I'll take the win and worry about brushing up on things as we move forward. Watch any game and you see teams make mistakes, outmatched at certain positions, rookies being rookies, etc... A win is a win.

Prescott looked like he always looks against a quality defense.

But that's the playoff formula with this 60 million dollar QB. Completely shut down the opponents run, get really bad QB play on the other side, get a half dozen sacks, a couple of takeaways and a return TD and you can win with this "franchise" player.

LEADERSHIP.

Rooted.

Cowboys!

A big thank you to all of our loyal fans that picked us to lose....your reverse psychology worked like a charm!
Go Cowboys!
They'll catch up to it. Jerry still owns the team after all which mean they'll never win a SB again with the way they manage this team.
They did good, though, beating up on an inferior team like they normally do.

I'm glad we won, but this came didn't do anything to make me feel any better about the season. We handled a team without a quarterback, and broken offensive line. What I did like is our offensive line was pretty broken as well, but outperformed theirs. I'm worried what's going to happen when we face a real quarterback, and a better d. It's the first game. I'll be looking for improvements against a quality team with a quarterback going forward. Having said that it's a win.
