I think the QB's will remain the same this season at least.

There's no doubt about Trey's athleticism. He moves smoothly when he runs and he's fast.

doesn't make bad decision too much. just needs to work on his touch and getting the ball down still.

Well, experiencewise, it really hasn't been. He's 22 and just hasn't played much. Doesn't mean he's ever going to fix those flaws, but actual game experience might help.

No matter what ultimately becomes of him, I'm glad Lance got to enjoy a victory formation with this team. Raiders look like they need a lot of work, though.
