The most glaring think about Lance in terms of bad tendencies is that he plays on his toes. He is so anxious in the pocket that he consistently hops on his forefeet. It’s in part why he’s so inaccurate and why he struggles driving the ball. Thats grade school stuff that most QBs have coached out of them by varsity level ball. To still be doing that in the NFL is alarming. You really don’t see many guys doing that even ones that are just camp fodder.

He just needs to get comfortable and anticipate better.

My concern is he is an erratic thrower. Not sure that can be fixed overall.
