This team is on the brink of a total collapse, infighting on the sidelines, more pouting by socalled leaders, attacking fans loyalty, running out and not talking to reporters after games, if they can't right the ship Thursday night in New York, all hell is going to break loose..
On a normal, functional team the QB would be the leader.
But our QB is a sullen, wall flower who has his money on his mind and his mind on his money.

LOL!

I’ve heard this story before! The locker room implosion is underway. Throwing coaching under the bus already, huh? The first to fall. The way players are arguing with each other on the sideline, now this. Dak also alluded to “not having a good practice on Thursday” (whatever that means). So not only does this team just suck on a skilled and execution level, there are also personality issues and locker room implosions. Throw in a senile owner and you got a case for one of the worst teams to ever be fielded.

Players need to stop flapping their gums in the media. Coaches need to work them so hard that their tongues are dragging the ground. Too many whiners and such on this team. Too much finger pointing. Coaches need to end this ASAP and you do that by working them till they drop.

The problem with the Cowboys is there are too many players making business decisions on the field. Every team has a few players like that, but the Cowboys seem to have a lot of them.
One of many, many problems....

And as the list grows, this team is likely going to miss the playoffs during the Dead Coaching Walking season, all to be expected.

JJ simply should have waited to pay Dak...and let Dak and McCarthy both have tests this season to see if they're worthy of extensions or long-term contracts.

JLew is one of my favorite players. He gives a damn so ofc he's going to be upset after a loss like that.

I think it is part of the problem is being in Dallas. Football is a religion and everywhere you turn there is adoration for a Cowboys player. It's not the right atmosphere to focus on honing your craft if you don't have the maturity to deal with it.

QB or any offensive player shouldn't comment and get in the middle of a defensive argument between defensive players. that would be absolute worst thing to do and just things exploding even worse.....

We got rookies starting...that definitely cost us on Sunday. Plus Malik Hooker is a liability...and he somehow jumped triumphant after he caught Henry off balance and slammed him to the ground - after like a 15 yard run for yet another first down.

There's a culture problem...MM is just finding out about it. CeeDee showed out Dak on Sunday...Micah tried to son out Lawrence who was basically the alpha of the defense. It's pretty pathetic to watch Beta Mike try to establish order. They tuned him out a long time ago...but definitely after Jerry gave them contracts but left him hanging.
