I usually dwell in anecdotes, not necessarily statistics.

That was almost 20 years ago. No idea if the article exists. Sorry.

Trust me, I have been around long enough to know.

I was just messing around with ya.

Although, having the article would be very cool as a reference. :p:

Looks like they participated in a total of 25 games together during two seasons (1986-87).

Dorsett apparently missed three games in 1986, then they both played in 12 games in the strike year (1987).

1. Incorrect. It was Izell Reese.
2. Correct.

Quite sure the play happened this way...

Kickoff to Sanders who went middle of the field before throwing across to Kevin Mathis (forward lateral) who gained most of the yardage before lateraling to Singor Mobley as Mathis was being tackled.

Absolutely unbelievable play. The forward lateral was oh-so-close.

Got the game on tape and one of the best parts is Boomer Esaison's disbelief when the Giants actually kicked deep to Sanders instead of squibbing. His call was so close to prophetic. Almost...

Michaels pointed out the flag before Mobley had scored and dampened the excitement. But it was fun nevertheless.

OK, I'll toss out one of my all-time favorite Cowboy trivia questions. It's easily looked up, but a lot of people don't know it off the top of their head.

Who led the Cowboys in rushing in 1976?

Of all people, I think that might be Dennison.

You are correct my New Mexico brother.

542 yards.

Which is why Tony Dorsett became a Dallas Cowboy a few months later.

Yep, I recall that season. Dreadful is all I can say.

What year? game? did....

Jay Novacek run to the endzone where it looked like he jumped over a defender like they were a hurdle in a 100 yard dash...

I was totally amazed and pumped!

I have a question or maybe more of an observation...

WHat year did Tony Hill completely take over the physique of Eric Cartman?? Have you ever seen a pudgier receiver his last few years in the league?

OK, I've got one. Not too very difficult, I think?

"Bullet" Bob Hayes won two Gold Medals in the 1964 Olympic Games in Tokyo. One was in the 100 Meters, the other in the 4x100.

Who else was on that Olympic Gold Medal team, what was the winning World Record time and what was the old mark for the 4x100 they beat?

1995 Thanksgiving Game against the Chiefs at Texas Stadium.

I also remember a funny incident from that game where Dale Carter got so frustrated with Irvin's afternoon-long jostling that he flat out tried to kick him, and got ejected for it!

In Troy Aikman's final game, who were his only 2 completions to? And who were the opposing starting cornerbacks he faced?
