Just going by the eyeball test, Dallas looks to be the 3rd best NFC team judging by Dallas' slow starts and how consistent the Eagles are on both sides and how dominant the 49ers defense is, along with their efficient offense unless the Cowboys really flip a switch and show out against the Eagles on Xmas eve finish the season strong, it may be a short Playoff stint.

Does it really matter. You have to play the game,

A lot of people are going to be shocked when we beat the eagles on Xmas eve...

That's not the game i would be worried about....eagles may be resting some of their guys in this one with possibly the division clinched by then. So i definitely would not be shocked.

I tend to agree, in large part because you know exactly you are going to get from those other two teams week to week while we are much more unpredictable. People are so quick to point out that number KC did on SF but they’ve been absolutely crushing teams since that game. On paper we have the talent to compete with both squads, but they’re going to have to prove it on the field..im not convinced.

The eagles will have the #1 seed by then sewed up. So trying to claim a win by us means much is very stupid.

Kind of hard to believe that when the Cowboys have opened as the slight betting favorite for the week 16 match up.

I don't think it's "distant" by any stretch.
In fact, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the Cowboys beat Philly in Dallas next week.
