As I said, think about it logically. Wilson barely played last year. He's barely worked out this camp after getting shot with a paintball, only returned to the field a few days ago and he's now the clear #1 at MLB with Durant possibly being the comp?

It doesn't make sense but if it's true, that's quite a bold move by the coaching staff.

Wilson runs about as well as Wilber. He does have better explosion and agility metrics however. He has no business at the WILL or MIKE. He is a prototype SAM.

He covered kicks and was one of out best ST tacklers ie top 3 with Heath and Wilber. He is making the team I would bet.

I thought Wilson clearly outplayed Hitchens last year...but because he was a rookie...the staff didn't trust him. Now that he has been here for a while now....I can see them making this move. The love affair w/ a 5'11... 5th round MLBer...I don't understand.
