Once again in a big game against a good team the Cowboys defense was unable to make critical stops. It’s been a common theme with the defense for years. Once we got within three points of Philly they proceeded to drive up the field for another score. Our defense still can’t stop the run when they need to. We continue to show that we’re a long way from being a championship team.

yeah def got better the 2nd half except for that one drive.
But also phil formula is get a lead in 1st half and just run the clock in 2nd half, and play defense.
had dallas scored again, I think phil would have went on another drive.

quin needs to work on run defense, and what they did to parsons, as other teams saw that, and now they may do that same thing.

I don't think the formula is to give up 17 unanswered in a little more than a Q. Look the better team won last night. We are still a bit outmanned but help is on the way I think. If the D gets Philly off the field on that long drive, we might have stole one.

It didn't happen. Reminded me of our game vs Bengals just in reverse.

That’s not a good thing. That lions offense is no joke and Goff has played well. The lions defense is really bad though. The Cowboys better bring their A game on defense.

For all the accolades Quinn has gotten for the transformation on D, sometimes I think he needs to dial all the slants/games down. Let Bohanna play as a 2-Gapping NT and let the other DL go forward so that the middle wouldn’t be so susceptible to being gashed up the gut.

...I thought defense did a good job. Recovering from 2 int's, only on for TD.

But I understand DQ. IF they had gotten a stop late in the 4th, maybe Rush could have pulled it out.

But no biggie, next time. Next game with Philly will carry real ramifications.

Not at all. Defense played well. Even more confident after this week. With a healthy Dak we are a contender in the nfc.

Defense played well enough but i am really dissapointed on how easily the Eagles scored a TD after our Rally.That drive was too easy and we will meet teams with better QBs if we make it to the playoffs.

Quinn should be pissed, the Eagle OC pretty much took Parsons out of the game. It looked pretty funny when Parsons was waiting to get blocked and nobody would touch him. Yes, the Eagles had a great game plan and Quinn had no answers for it!
