Likely Head Coaching Job openings:
Denver
Arizona
Indy
Las Vegas
Houston
Tampa Bay
New Orleans
Carolina
* Dallas ?
I think whoever gets the job will have time to rebuild and resolve the QB mess that ownership has created. Quinn loves to build.Russell will be 35 years old in 2023. That's not an idea starting foundation for a QB guru coach.
Not everyone can be Tom Brady one of kind aging wonder .
Broncos have no draft picks and a bad QB for years to come at 250 million.. Literally the worst HC gig in the NFL.. Career suicide. I cant imagine a veteran coach taking that job.. I live in Colorado, amazing place but the Broncos are a mess and will be for the next few years at least.
I was all in on Quinn earlier in the season, but now it appears he needs talent to win like all coaches.
All coaches are limited to a certain degree by the talent they have on hand.Sounds reasonable to me.
Not too harsh, you just told it like it is. We do have some talent on defense, but not enough. We cant stop the run and IMO that's primarily because of the kind of talent or just plain lack of talent on our DL.All coaches are limited to a certain degree by the talent they have on hand.
I was being too harsh.
I guess you can only scheme so much to hide your weaknesses. Not too harsh, you just told it like it is. We do have some talent on defense, but not enough. We cant stop the run and IMO that's primarily because of the kind of talent or just plain lack of talent on our DL.
Kellen Moore is 10-1? Oh please, please take Moore! Please! We'll throw in a nice cake on top of it.
He has stated he wants to be a defensive coordinator not a Head Coach. But I guess could change his mind if the money is rightHe wouldn't have much to lose. I think he should take it.

Yep , would be a great opportunity for him.He wouldn't have much to lose. I think he should take it.

Eric is way 2 smart I think t take the bait and go to Denver. Its a cesspool of dysfunction. They have 0 draft picks.Eric Bienieny is my place horse for the Broncos job, but I think Peyton will get it. He will be able to put an offensive scheme together that fits Wilson and turn that unit around unlike Hackett who just brought in the GB offense. Wilson has been an extremely productive QB in the NFL and is only 34.
The Chargers will stick with Staley with a playoff appearance. The Vic Fangio dynamic does not matter. Peyton can switch gears on his DC if Fangio won't/can't return to Denver.
Yep, win/win situation.Especially if the owners there are willing to be patient with him, given the mess that the Broncos are in. He's got experience with mobile QBs with Dak. Perhaps he might, for Russell Wilson, be able to draw up plays that can fix his issues.
