Dan Quinn Replacement

There is no salary cap on paying coaches so why can't we just pay Dan Quinn whatever amount it will take to keep him here coaching our defense that is actually playing quite well and could just use a couple more players.

Everybody has a price Jerry needs to find his and keep him we lose him and the wheels come off the wagon mark my words The players like him and will play for him
If we let him go we will have a whole bunch of guys giving half effort and getting paid like Kings
In this profession, you want to be the head honcho over answering to somebody else

If your team happens to win it all, coordinators hardly get any of the credit

DQ is as good as gone ladies and gents. The performance his side of the ball put up this postseason all but confirmed it.

So with that said, who would you want to replace him? I dont trust McCarthy to get the DC hire right two times in a row and it would suck to regress on that side of the ball. We are a good DC and defensive tackles away from being the best defense in the league.

Ill start by saying it better not be a promotion from anyone on his staff.. George Edwards, Joe Whitt….Pass
You may not like it, but Whitt is probably the favorite. He has worked with MM for years and called the plays when Quinn was out with covid.

Who the hell is Fangio
Really? You can google him?

He is a Wade Phillips type great D-Coordinator that should not have been hired as a head coach.

  • Chicago Bears (2015–2018): Defensive coordinator
  • Denver Broncos (2019–2021): Head coach

Not a chance he would come and not a chance Jerry would be interested in him. Too outspoken.

Get Fangio. If KM is still around Fangio can teach him how to fix his easy to figure out offense

I think Quinn stays Jerry will pay him very well and the Broncos are a hot mess

I don’t think the broncos job would be appealing but they are very rich so they can load him up with cash
The colts is a team that’s interesting
If a guy wanted to build a team the texans

I’ll start by saying I think that’s exactly what the Joneses will do. An internal staff hire and status quo.

Keep the lifeboats close together.
It’ll be George edwards most likely…I agree with you

dennis thurman.
brian flores.

if its on staff...george edwards.

Thats what Philly did to expose the Cowboys offense when they played this year.....Eagles hired Fangio as a consultant to diagnose the Cowboys weakness.....dude is a master mind...thats why Sean Peyton wants him as his DC.
