Zimmer as a coach and having a young creative offensive mind as OC would not be a bad thing. The Joneses are a problem but not the reason the national media makes them out to be. Jerry really does not meddle. The problem is his promotion of the Cowboys brand. It overtakes the coaching, the players, and the front office. Garrett and MM did pretty much everything they wanted to do as a head coach. They are even aloud to have influence in the draft room. The problem with the Cowboys is the organizational branding by the Joneses on every media platform. The Cowboys are the topic of every talk show and as a coach that is a pain in the booty. Especially with your owner and son are giving injury reports.
