Video: Daniel Jeremiah on Jeanty Carries and Warren Top 5

Are these carries including high-school? This is why I was so concerned and asked the question...it seems like pro personnel could care less about the mileage as long as they are a difference maker Day 1...but what about a team who is drafting and paying this player likely PREMIUM money as a top 10 pick...

This is why the Jeanty train is starting to derail for me...between 12-15 it has to be BPA and that might be Jahdae Barron..
No, just college

Gibbs was taken 12th by Detroit and splits carries and was absolutely worth that pick. Worked out great for them.
Part of the reason for Detroit's recent success is because they draft no-brainer players.

That draft with Gibbs, LaPorta, and Campbell was an insane haul of talent. Safe picks make sense ..

Only if Graham is gone am I taking those other guys.
I'll reply to both posts here... but @Rayman70 this is a type of player that WILL improve the trenches in Warren. The NFL is a disaster when it comes to toughness as we approach the 2030's...these kids are not TOUGH.

When was the last time we saw and old-school blocking TE that could catch a pass, but did not have to get taken off the field. Jason Witten was a huge reason for this teams success in winning games - please don't take the Gronkowski comp lightly...

I had a lot of time to research the questions I wanted to ask to DJ and was confident he would come down that ally with me...so I will leave it at at that, you will see all over social media - media members are just catching up to Warren as the prospect. He is a warrior in the trenches, billboard as a catch radius and a NASTY blocker. So personally, I'll turn in my card for that.

Now onto Graham - mark my words brother his draft stock will plummet next week. All you will hear about is how short his hands are. Anyone who has a little bit of football knowledge and access to tape can see that is NONSENSE. This will be great for DAL fans... as he drops and the rumors of short arms and the other stupidity that comes out of the combine - he might be there for us.

Brian Branch is another one that fell in the draft, and they did not hesitate to pick him up - this is what I'm saying we cannot overthink this when it comes to prospects. Imagine drafting LaPorta a round early - would anyone really be upset?

If it's jeanty vs barron, jeanty is EASILY the best player.

You say you want bpa but don't want jeanty which is weird.

Also, he gives you a list of backs that had more touches coming out and now you want hs touches included because info he provided doesn't satisfy your biased opinion..

Jeanty and carries have to be a concern....his totals are still pretty far off from some other notable backs, but most aren't recent backs. Including his receptions - he had 830 (750 carries and 80 receptions) total attempts

Cedric Benson - 1112 carries
Tony Dorsett - 1074
Ricky Williams - 1011
Herschel Walker - 994
DeAngelo Williams - 969
Ray Rice - 910
LaDainian Tomlinson - 907
Marcus Allen - 893
AJ Dillion - 845
Marshall Faulk - 766
Earl Campbell - 765
Demarco Murray - 759
Nick Chubb - 758
Adrian Peterson - 748

The biggest alarm with these is there aren't many modern day backs that end up successful in the NFL coming into the league with that many carries.

There have been 178 backs coming out of college that had more carries.
Ron Dayne had 1,220 carries in college.
