DATELINE NBC AT 7PM (Cowboys Related)

My wife and I watched that last night laughing...mostly at me...because she can definitely relate to those girls.:D

I'm going to very suspicious next season if she asks me to take out the garbage during a game...Is she really taping me?

Any woman who can't give her man 3 hours on Sunday ain't worth havin.

And for only 16 weeks, not counting playoffs.

I'm divorced, so I might not be the best guy to give you tips, but this worked for me back in my married days.

I brought home the weekly football pool from work and won one week (like $60 bucks). My ex got all excited (Her loving gambling and all) and she asked if she could play ? I said sure and brought a slip for her the next week.

Now this was in the 80's so no internet. Guess what, she won her 1st week !

So then we had to watch all of the televised games and sports center for her to add up her wins every week. All it cost me was $2 a week, what a steal.

The biggest issue I have every year now is not a wife (Haven't got one...lol) or my girl friend. It's my Harley and riding on Sundays in the early to mid fall.

My wife hates football but has no problem with me watching. But boys -- you have to be flexible and considerate too.

Don't expect that she's got the schedule memorized. Let her know a few days ahead of time when the game is.

And you really don't have to watch every damn game all day Sunday. TiVo the non-Cowboy games and watch them after she goes to bed if you have to.

Big Dakota nailed it. I've never been rationale during a Cowboys game. I either leave the house or my wife and kids do. I don't condone my "moods" but it's FOOTBALL. (not figure skating.)

Well if a wife is demanding that the husband do a "chore" at any time then there is something seriously wrong with that marriage in the first place.

Or, you could say why the does she need to remind him to take out the trash. I've been married for a long while and I'll tell you -- if your wife needs to ask you to do something then you are just being too damn lazy.

I dont know 'bout many of you,but MY wife watches the games with me religously. And as for chores, thats what the kids are for!:D

I saw the show.

The best part was the look the guys gave one of the guys wife when she came ino tthe "Man-Cave" basement and changed the channel during the game:laugh2: :D . It was priceless.

I am not married, but my love for football has been a problem with some girlfriends.

I am lost to them on sat and sun during thefall..
