Why do you believe that they would have a tough time? We have seen them do this, time and time again. Zeke would never have been convicted but still, he got suspended. I just think fans have a tough time accepting that this is really not about Law, necessarily.

I truly believe the legal landscape has changed this past year and I think many things goodell got away with previously just won't fly any more. There was a business that tried to terminate an employee because the employee did something that wasn't illegal but the employer felt it wasn't right. The employee filed a wrongful termination suit and won. The employer appealed and lost on appeal. Both judges said everyone has the right to do as they chose on their own time as long as it is legal and causes no harm in doing it. This is exactly the case here, If goodell should suspend Irving for this a judge I believe will throw out the suspension for the same reason.

Ok, I don't know how to link it, but for anyone that follows him on Instagram. Did you get a chance to see his post? He posted a picture of two women naked in a bed thanking his wife for a great valentines day gift. Now, personally I don't care what everyone does in the bedroom, however, I don't want to see it or hear about it. This may be one of the "odd" things that people keep referring too. Maybe im reading to much into it, but as a professional athlete with people looking up to you, I don't find this as a great way to get paid.

Well, you may be right but I will say this, once again. The NFL has not lost a lot of these kinds of cases. It, IMO, will have to have changed a lot. I will also point out that this doesn't necessarily have to be a suspension. It can be fines as well.

Or because the only place that this is being talked about is here the chances of something coming of this are possibly slightly higher than zero. If the media was all over this then the whole discussion on this would make more sense, but this is the only place it's being discussed. If it ever does get to that point I still say that a good attorney would get any suspension or fine thrown out because judges have already ruled against those who think they are morality police. There is a difference between doing something another person doesn't approve of but is legal and doing something that is illegal.

It is a generational thing. Hell, for some 55 and over, you never even mentioned when you scored or anything. Today's generation will post that they got felt up, that they are having a period, when they score, when they don't score, if it was good, if it wasn't etc. When you are older than 55, you cannot understand the way the youth of today use social media so don't even try.

Trust me, I am only 42. My son is 21 and I don't even try to understand him. Waste of my time. Its just an age and experience things. As social media bites them in the butt, they will learn. Experience is the best teacher and sometimes the only teacher.
