***Day Three Draft Thread***

I look at the Dak pick with a silver lining in that I would not have been shocked if they would have panicked and took him in The 2nd, 3rd or the top of the 4th...at least they took him with what boils down to a end of the round 4th or top of the 5th round pick.

Always guys fans like or don't, but seems a very nice pick at bottom of rd 4. A true leader with skills that need development. Dallas probably spent more time with and on Dak than any player in the draft, so right or wrong, they made a selection they believe in. I'm good with that.

what Dak has going for him is that offense line he played behind this year was pathetic

Well, right now behind Tony we have a guy who has never won a game and a guy who has never played a game.

You guys seem to expect pro bowlers to be found this late. there's a reason these guys are going where they are.

Dak was as good as a pick as we could hope to make this late. He'll make the team at least whereas I'm not sure we'll be able to say that about some of our upcoming comp picks.

Prisco gave it an A... first time he's done that all week, still waiting for Walter (he is lagging behind). From what I have seen he has a lot of potential at the next level but will need to learn to be a pocket passer. Still a lot of the negatives about Cook seem to be more positive here, good leader, better accuracy/completion %/, etc. Any chance we bring back a bit of a wildcat formation? Like I said before, bad pick in the 3rd, good pick at the end of the 4th.
