let me say this off the bat, I really like this draft.

How much will Dallas be hurt by inexperience?

Byron Jones (3rd year)
Anthony Brown (2nd year)
Kavon Frazier (2nd year)
Chidobe Awuzie (Rookie)
Jourdan Lewis (Rookie)
Xavier Woods (Rookie)
Marquez White (Rookie)

Only experienced players are OS (9 years) and Nolan Carroll (7 years) and we all know about OS injury history. Again I'm not complaining or anything just trying to see what the thinking with this is.

You forgot Kavon Frazier (2nd year).

Fans have been complaining about Carr, Claiborne and Church for years. Now they're gone and we're worried about inexperience. The secondary needed new blood. The kids on offense did alright last year, so let's give these guys a chance.

Did you see the GB Divisional playoff game? Where did our "experience" get us? Look at Atlanta last year. Look at Dak Prescott last year at the most important position on the field. Fine line between coaching, experience, talent, scheme. We need an overhaul for multiple reasons. I think we have enough vets sprinkled throughout our D to help balance.

sure did, good pick up thx.

I'm always worried about everything

It's going to be special getting all these young guys the same season. The chemistry they can build together in the same meeting room going through similar experiences could be special. Couple that with what we had last season...that young, hip, hard working atmosphere will be a welcome change of pace from the "country club" atmosphere we were known for in the past.

Very true when u put it like that lol

I just worry about all the Vet WRs that got brought into the NFCE

Since you asked, i will just say you are overreacting. We have 3 veterans starting.out of 4 positions. Heath, Jones and Scandrick are all veterans in today's NFL. Brown is going on his second year. We have Frazier going into his second year. We just infused the whole secondary with competition and more talent talent at every position.

The last time we won a Superbowl we were the youngest defense in the NFL.

We were okay heading into the draft with scandrick, carroll and brown at corner and heath, byron and bennett at safety... all those guys have seen significant NFL action and started plenty of games.

The rookies should see action, and hopefully become key contributors at some point this year, but it's not like our secondary is make or break depending on how ready they are by week 1.

Not concerned. Awuzie is really smart and Lewis is scrappy. Their lack of size does concern me, though.

It's a concern but it could pay off. I don't think a lot of people were concerned about our young line the last couple years.

It's a legit question. I think joining a 13-3 offensive driven team will help. We're still a ball control team which will help the D. You can't protect everyone. Some of these kids will have to learn in the fire and sink or swim. It's a big boy league and our entire draft is mostly the product of power 5 schools. We have a strong coaching staff and veterans on either side of the ball to help out.
