It will be intersting to see if they keep his Wednesday off weekly schedule this year. The way he played last year I think I would keep him on it. Weeden could use the extra reps.

I know. But in NFL terms, that's kinda long. Claiborne has missed both offseasons and folks want to run him out of town. lol
lol Come on, WG. One is a is a top franchise QB. The other is a 1st round bust. That's like comparing apples to a giraffe.

Well, you're a bit biased. Don't forget, some have wanted Romo run out of town too. Either way, missing two offseasons is a pretty big thing and we saw how rusty Romo was at the beginning of the year. This is good for him.

Agreed. At this point in his career, the Cowboys have got to balance his practice and rest time, but just getting some reps/conditioning in during the spring will allow him to not enter next season as off conditionwise as he was against San Francisco.

I do believe last season was a bit of a blessing because it allowed Dallas/Romo to learn what his body needs for him to be effective. Every athlete has to make adjustments in their routine as they get older and more worn down. The adjustments Romo was forced to make clearly worked for him.

I guarantee he won't be too active anyway other than rehab and back care work.

I think they let Romo practice at his comfort level. If he needs a day off, he will take it. But it will be more structured than if he just wants a day off. Probably limited reps at times. They will need to find that level, and they probably already have a plan.

Definitely looking forward to it.
