I'd argue Harvey Martin and Too Tall. But, your point is still valid.

Harvey Martin should definitely be in the ROH. He was part of two Super Bowls, and won a championship in which he was named MVP along with Randy White. It’s unfortunate all the sacks he had weren’t an official stat during his career. He had 20 sacks in 1977. He had three straight double digit sack seasons. Not only should he be in the ROH but also the HOF.

Sure after the team was built.. that's pretty easy to say since he did win it with Switzer. Now imagine the mess if Jerry and Switzer were running the show from day 1 in 1989. His lack of any football acumen and unwillingness to see the truth have killed this team ever since. And 30 years later still looking for credit. It's sad and pathetic.
