I've said this before but this current team does not have the passion, drive, toughness, leadership, and heart of the early 90's Cowboy teams. Those winning teams played every down all the way until they held the SB Trophy...this team acts like it is a 9-5 job.

The 90's Cowboys would kick the hell out of this current team, not even close.

I'm hoping guys like Zack will provide some much needed leadership to help them approach the playoffs properly. Of course they have to get there first.
