Beast!!!
Extremely low bar since he's spent more time suspended than actually playing
That's walking in right off the streets. Give him a good off season and a good DC and look out!
Crawford and Jaylon should be on that list.....
any data you can share that counters his accomplishments this season..... w/o saying suspentions??Extremely low bar since he's spent more time suspended than actually playing
I think so too, we need a stud DT to keep guards off of him and LVEI know you're being sarcastic, but I think Jaylon Smith might surprise a lot of fans if we retool the defensive line. He and LVE both were playing quite well in 2018, then their play fell off in 2019 even before LVE's injury and then they spent a lot of time having to try to get around second-level blocks and guess right in 2020.
Smith ended up with the most tackles of his career this year and had 139 last year, but 2018 was when both linebackers looked like what we were hoping for when we drafted them. If Smith and LVE can refind that in Quinn's defense, I think we'll be pretty happy with both players.
I got scared when I saw Gregory in the title of this thread. Natural reaction.
But, but, but according to Cowboys Zone we would be lucky to get one defensive starter in the draft and we have no money to get free agents. Plus drafting a 6’3 guard would make our offensive line elite again because Tyron will have his head amputated and Collins just had hip replacement surgery.Hopefully we can get one of Jaylon or LVE to return to form in the scheme that they showed out in. I’m betting it’s LVE if I had to pick,
Sign 2 vet FA starters and draft 3/4 starters/contributors and we can go from bad to average-solid in one offseason.
That I agree with.I think Jaylon Smith might surprise a lot of fans if we retool the defensive line.
This would have been impressive had those tackles not been 10 yards down field.Smith ended up with the most tackles of his career this year
