And what evidence do we have that Jerry and Stephen have the slightest idea how to draft a QB? Aikman was a no-brainer. Romo was undrafted. Dak was a 4th round compensatory pick. They have no clue how to draft a QB unless they have a top 3 pick.

I think that is true especially for the Jones. They just had no incentive to pony up right now. Mahommes contract did not blow up the market and any other deals will be based somewhat by that deal. Season in doubt, revenue in doubt, why make a long term committment?

that's better than giving Dak 40 million/year

In a salary cap sport the only thing worse than overpaying a player is paying elite money to an average player

Now, if Dak looks great this year with MM and takes us to the NFCCG, then all bets are off and you baCKW up the brinks truck

Maybe he and America's cowboy, rockhead, dak-attackless and other Dak fantasy stat guys are going to fulfill their promises not to post any more for a year that they made to Pappy, I am sure the but but but and excuses will be flowing. Got to give credit were credit is due Pappy called it, I thought Jerry would cave. stay safe.
