You are just a Deon fan who sounds very ready to make up all kinds of excuses as to why he could never make a dumb mistake made by young athletes all the time.

They let their ego and pride get in the way in a moment of haste.

And the way you talk about police officers on here is down right embarrassing. You saw a few movies with some bad cops in them and now all cops are corrupt before they are honorable.

Bottom line.

For you everyone in this thing is guilty of something except the guy who will eventually plead out to some charge and will therefore be guilty because he's the only person who is being accused of breaking the law.

The saddest part is how confident you were in here with your drivel.

At one point I thought it was a work at how naive you sounded. But then I remebered I was on the internetz and realized people like you really do exist.

The extent to which you and CowboyMcCoy are going to protect your boy Deon is laughable. You guys actually expect people on here to believe that Valets are all theives now and Police plant evidence.

You guys are embarrassing yourselves in this thread, seriously.

You haven't changed much. You still think you're omnipotent, can put words in other people's mouths, point fingers at others, escape all semblance of foolishness, and do your little superiority dance. Just like McNabb. Nice air guitar too.

Point of fact, I never said he was guilty. Not once, not ever. So kiss my ***. It is not my fault if you cannot understand what I am saying, and no I am not going to explain it to you. I won't waste my time.

I will say your gyrations in this thread are ignorant at best. That's right, at best. I hope you do not become a Defense Attorney. Juries will be turned off and your clients will fry for jaywalking.

Your theories remind me of the movie "Trial and Error" where the guy who played Kramer was an actor who ended up pretending to be a lawyer and trying to defend Rip Torn who was accused of fraud, and he blamed it on sugar.

Then again you have nothing to lose by looking foolish to others. Again, nice air guitar, but your dance moves suck.

:laugh2:

Oh good, so it's not just me. Hey, has he busted out the word "paradox" yet? If not, just sit tight. It's one of his favorites.

CowboyMcCoy: smashing atoms ... with his mind.

You're absolutely no better with your assumptions that immediately the cops or valets are the ones lying, and bad people, cause they're cops and valets.

You're assumptions here, and the way you've tried to defend them, are silly at best.

I don't know if the guy is guilty or not. I most certainly hope he's not guilty of being stupid enough to pull a gun out in public like that.

If he is guilty, however, of doing something that stupid then he needs to be cut from the team immediately.

There is no explanation, at all, that will make it cool that he pulled a gun on a person for laughing about something.

Again that's if it's true but I'm not going to pretend it's got no shot of being true simply because he's an average, at best, NFL FB and the others in this are, as you tried to paint them, lowly valets and cops.

The mere fact that you even attempted to use that logic as your way of defending your stance is beyond comical to me.

Your feelings are still hurt over that e-beating, huh?

If he is guilty ....... I hope he is cut.

If he is not guilty ...... I hope he is vindicated in this beyond a shadow of doubt.

Either way ..... he is an average player at a position this team no longer puts an emphasis on.

I can even agree with Zrin, which is odd because we used to never agree. I just want to see him proven guilty before the team decides to cut him or punish him. Let the guy have his day in court. That's all I'm trying to say. But you can't do that when you're saying "the gun in the bushes says it all" and the same time you don't know if he's guilty.

You can't have it both ways. Either you believe in innocent until proven guilty or you don't. It seems most in this thread don't. Those who are waiting to see deserve applause.

Being tried by the media is hard enough. Making assumptions without all the facts is even worse.

When you actually comprehend the concept of beyond all reasonable doubt, get back to me. Until then you're just putting all your eggs in the baskets of the cops and the valet. Deon is a citizen with rights. Your ideal system would become corrupt quicker than sand.

It probably would have worked better had you just said what you did in the first paragraph there and left it there. It would have made your stance much better.

Instead you resorted, quickly, to calling valets and cops dirty, uncredible, low-life people based on nothing more than your assumptions about people cause of their jobs.

So don't go throwing stones telling others about their assumptions and how wrong they are when you're trying to back up your opinions, and thoughts, with assumptions of people based on their jobs not being cool enough, or worthy enough, in your eyes.

You just make yourself look foolish doing that and that's the biggest reason most people here took anything you were saying as nothing more than foolish cause of the way you were attempting to back it up with really silly claims.

LOL. That's the best you got? ;)

I see you're still going with the "believe" sig, aka the Pet Rock phase of CZ. BTW, what happened? Did you not believe in the team enough before kickoff at Minnesota? If not, I'm holding you personally responsible.

I'm not putting anything in any basket. I don't know if he's guilty or not. And, btw, that valet would also be a citizen with rights. But again that's if Deon even did what is said here to have broken that guys rights.

I never said I knew.

I said IFhe did those things then he should be kicked off the team cause he's stupid.

There is a huge difference between IF and saying "i think he's guilty based of what I've been shown here."

I'm not really surprised, at all, that you missed that critical piece of what I said since you were busy smearing valets and cops based off nothing more than they were valets and cops.

I assume you mean incredible? So you're saying a valet has never been accused of tampering or stealing anyone's property, or anything of that nature? And your blind assumption that all cops are honorable and honest is laughable.

Yeah, I still believe in my team. Any other questions?

So you're saying that no pro athlete has ever broke the law or pulled a gun on people or anything of that nature?

And find where I said even once that all cops are honorable and honest.

Please. Find the post where I said it. Hurry though I haven't got all day for you to find a post that doesn't exist.

I never once said that but, again, your assumption that this cop is dirty, or a liar, is based off of absolutely nothing other than you're belief and assumption that all cops are dirty cause one is.

Which, of course, is laughable.

You making that claim that they're not honorable and not truthful right off because they're a cop is no more valid then anyone immediately blaming Deon without knowning anything.

The way you've tried to defend your stance is what has been most laughable.

Just one: does UT-Austin really let you have access to impressionable young minds? If so, the place should be investigated.

I hope the Cowboys do the right thing and do nothing until ALL the facts are in. There is way to little to go on right now. Just he said she said crap. Having a round in the chamber means nothing. Most people carry with one in the chamber if they carry. It appears to be a fact that Deon's gun was found in the bushes. No matter what we want to believe it is absolutely up for debate as to how the gun could possibly have gotten there. It is not that unreasonable to believe that the valet set him up and it is just as reasonable to believe Deon was a moron, pulled the gun and then tried to hide it in the bushes. Both scenarios are entirely plausible and we just don't know what the truth is at this time.

It would be a shame to just kick the guy to the curb not knowing the truth.

Let the justice system do it's thing and save the reactions for the appropriate time.

He should get the axe just for the traffic warrant situation. Not taking care of your tickets when you clearly have the money to do so, simply expresses a "I don't give a crap about anything attitude." We don't need that on the team.

Oh and yes, some cops lie and some are just straight up dumb, but you need to look at the totality of the circumstances here and it ain't looking good for Cricket.

have to laugh at cowboy. He classifies someone as a low life if they are a cop or a valet. Talk about profiling....
stereotyping due to job. Pretty pathetic.

I don't think he is doing that. He is thinking like a defense lawyer and asking questions. Some cops are dirty and some plant evidence. A good defense lawyer uses that fact to raise doubts about a situation where there is less than clear evidence. That said, I don't think that strategy has a chance of working in this case. The guy doesn't even pay his traffic tickets when he is loaded, not evidence of the best use of judgment right there.

Pot, meet kettle.

You talk out of both sides of your mouth. I wonder? Do you need two mirrors to see yourself in?
