Not extended vacations, just work, I'm here, Dez is great, I didn't appreciate the body language or the altercation with Ware and Witten two established veterans, but after further redo, I love Dez. As a man I admit I was wrong, and Dez is a fantastic player, I absolutely love his fire, and it is especially important that his compatibility with Romo is very strong, so there's even more to look forward too.

Out of the wood works today! Acting like he cost the game or something same guys who wanted him gone a year ago claiming he was a bust
I had concerns about dez. Reasonable concerns. I have done a 180. Dez stepped up his game. He has matured, but he has a long way to go. I expect better and better play. More consistent play. I want him to dominate, but that will depend on the rest of the team. I hope we manage to aquire a rb with the same fire.

Watch his interview. Dez was about to break into tears because he was so passionate. He sees the inept offense at work. If you ever played "competitive" sports, you would realize these things happen all of the time. The vast majority are due to frustration that has mounted up over time, not just a single incident.

Dez is trying to win....I'll take that passion over complacence everyday of the week. It is unfair to compare Dez to T.O. or Moss in this instance. He is a young man that has pride wearing the Star and wants to win badly. I can see it and a lot of others can too. Bad mouth him if it makes you feel better.

I will give you another example, something I just experienced this past weekend. I coach 14 and under Unlimited football. We just lost a game to one of our rivalries, one of our players goes off on one of our coaches. In that heated exchange all the player kept saying was he was tired of losing among other things directed to that coach. Now some of the parents wanted him thrown off the team and we, the coaching staff thought about that, BUT we saw that this frustration and outburst was do to the fact that this kid actually cared about winning and playing hard. Then we looked at some of our other kids and they were laughing and joking like nothing had just happened. I wished we had a whole team of kids that actually cared about winning, playing hard ... So we suspended him two games, one will be our first round playoff but we had to make a statement. We let him stay on the team b/c he actually cares about winning, being the team that we truly can be.....

Perhaps, but that's demoralizing to the team, it ruins the very image of the Cowboys and it creates a distraction. The goal should be to win, and not to speculate on what Dez is crying, yelling and *****ing about. I'll tand by Ware and Witten any day of the week before I stand by Dez and other young divas.

Perhaps I'm overreacting, but the one who is exhibiting an overreaction on national TV isn't me. The headlines kill the chemistry, they always do.
No trying to come down on you regarding your letter, but the image of the Cowboys Franchise has been a joke for a long time now and even longer before Dez Bryant became a Cowboy.

Let's see....Dez needs to work on being more gracious to the consistent results we've witnessed, make sure his competitiveness is not taken out of context or bring it every Sunday as a beast and forget about some apparent image that ain't working. I like the beast-like mentality.....otherwise get another Ogletree-like WR.
