it ruins the very image of the Cowboys .
Mook--Not trying to be argumentative here, but what exactly do you envision the "very image of the cowboys" to be?
Mook has taken an extended vacation to allow the embarrassment to settle down.
The guy was a fine CF back in the day for the New York Metropolitans, but his take on Dez is not one which I agree with.
I had concerns about dez. Reasonable concerns. I have done a 180. Dez stepped up his game. He has matured, but he has a long way to go. I expect better and better play. More consistent play. I want him to dominate, but that will depend on the rest of the team. I hope we manage to aquire a rb with the same fire.Out of the wood works today! Acting like he cost the game or something same guys who wanted him gone a year ago claiming he was a bust
Not extended vacations, just work, I'm here, Dez is great, I didn't appreciate the body language or the altercation with Ware and Witten two established veterans, but after further redo, I love Dez. As a man I admit I was wrong, and Dez is a fantastic player, I absolutely love his fire, and it is especially important that his compatibility with Romo is very strong, so there's even more to look forward too.
Watch his interview. Dez was about to break into tears because he was so passionate. He sees the inept offense at work. If you ever played "competitive" sports, you would realize these things happen all of the time. The vast majority are due to frustration that has mounted up over time, not just a single incident.
Dez is trying to win....I'll take that passion over complacence everyday of the week. It is unfair to compare Dez to T.O. or Moss in this instance. He is a young man that has pride wearing the Star and wants to win badly. I can see it and a lot of others can too. Bad mouth him if it makes you feel better.
No trying to come down on you regarding your letter, but the image of the Cowboys Franchise has been a joke for a long time now and even longer before Dez Bryant became a Cowboy.Perhaps, but that's demoralizing to the team, it ruins the very image of the Cowboys and it creates a distraction. The goal should be to win, and not to speculate on what Dez is crying, yelling and *****ing about. I'll tand by Ware and Witten any day of the week before I stand by Dez and other young divas.
Perhaps I'm overreacting, but the one who is exhibiting an overreaction on national TV isn't me. The headlines kill the chemistry, they always do.
