Dear fans, what are your expectations for 2025?

I expect I'll watch fewer games than last year in direct proportion to Sunday golf. Jerral will be more of the same, lazy and cheap

I would happily take John Gruden.

Same. Would enjoy watching Dak try to learn his playbook. I doubt he'd dumb it down for him like MM did. This would be a fun hire.

It may cause its a wash for next yr post june 1 and you save 40m the nxt 2 yrs…SJ prob will go to him and offer 2 yrs 24m starting next and if he doesnt take it he is out.

.. honestly I've gotten so weary of getting my hopes up or looking forward to something Cowboys related. It's been slowly dwindling, but after thinking we weren't going to resign Dak and the smart play, Jerry shivved me with a death blow.

We'll resign our own mid tier to top tier guys to way too expensive contacts with too few years to allow for creativity.

We'll let some really nice role players go.

We'll bargain bin free agency.

We'll reach for offensive weapons in the draft.

But mostly, we'll just run it all back but more expensively.

Jerry/Stephen do a variation on the one door can only tell the truth, one door always lies, except they are both lying.

Season starts, some good, some bad. A final loss (maybe in the wildcard round, maybe week 18). The end.

Lads, next season looks grim. That is, if 2025 follows script of doing little in FA and in trades as in this season.

Some points for we handsome blokes and blokettes to consider:

*Our O line shows signs of stagnation, though the young ones show promise. Nothing good or great.
*Our triplets are now Dak/Lamb/Dowdle. A far cry from the original triplets.
*Our D? It is anchored by Parsons, Bland and Diggs. After that, the talent level drops to journeyman and never-were's.
*Special teams? We have the best in the NFL!!!
*Coaching is a mystery. But whether McCarthy resumes his Abrahamic slog through also-ran territory or Yoda wises up and hires Jon Gruden, next season won't be pretty.

With this in mind, I foresee another collapse or a middling season. No playoffs and another lousy draft pick at No. 15.

I expect 8-9.

What are your expectations, cerebral and lovable fans?

With third place in our division we will have a weak schedule next year. This is where our bum at QB usually is able to shine.

I see us having 10+ wins and maybe win the division.

After that everybody knows whats going to happen: we have to play the really good teams in the playoffs.....

Well i made a mistake: We dont have to play teamS (plural) in the playoffs. We are going to play only one.
