Honestly, 14-2 or 13-3. You probably lose the last game to the Commanders if you're resting you're starters. Eagles are going to be angry and wanting to put a hurting on you after they were embarrassed at the Linc earlier in the year, I see that as a game you may lose as well.

What is your team again? 5-7? With a coach that does not know the rules to the game? With a QB that cannot pull his head out of his butt? With a team that does not even have the heart to win a game they devote to a tragically lost teamate?

Gee, maybe it has something to do with having a NEW COACHING STAFF... but naw, that's silly; if the Boys have struggled in December in recent years, that means they ALWAYS have to struggle in December, right??

Guess you haven't noticed that THIS team is on pace to set the best record EVER by a Cowboys team (they can lose one more game, and still best the previous record of 13-3)... that alone ought to suggest to you that it's rather unlikely that the Cowboys will have a losing December...

However, my confidence is tempered by my many years of following professional football, which has left me with the understand that ANY team cab see its season derailed by critical injuries at the wrong time... for example... if the Pats lose Brady before the playoffs, they won't be the Super Bowl favorites any more... so my confidence is prefaced by "as long as injuries don't screw things up"...

And as long as injuries don't screw things up, I feel REAL confident that the Boys will at least appear in the NFC championship game, which would exceed the goals I had for them in the preseason (I just wanted them to make the playoffs and win ONE playoff game for a change)...

My confidence is based on the Cowboys being the best team in the NFC right now, which is undeniable, and on them having the second best offense in the game... it's based on their current 11-1 record...

If you're being honest, I'm pretty sure you'd admit that YOU'D be feeling pretty confident too, if it was your Skins sitting at 11-1, the best record in the NFC, holding the tiebreaker over the second best team in the NFC, and possessing the second best offense (both in yards per game and more important, points per game) in the league... so why SHOULDN'T we Cowboys fans be confident??

I'm confident because that is in the past and has no bearing on the future. What Dallas did last Dec or the Dec before that is meaningless.
